Pure Healers almost receive no medals as medals are given out for more Individual results and not team results. One of our best healers who puts out an easy ~500k healing a match walks away with 3 medals on avg.

There's a lot of customers with legitimate issues with 1.1 that are game breaking and account canceling worthy. Just A Response from Bioware, like "We're Looking into it." Goes much further than the absence of a response which, in today's world condones the current issues.

Or you can get 3 other friends to Run a HM's for 1+ hours in hopes you get a piece of loot usable by someone in the group and you win the roll on it. Wait that's been going on for years.
