I just cancelled and opened a ticket for a refund request. (crosses fingers) Hopefully some other story-MMO will get it right. Maybe The Secret World?

Terrible situation. EA/BioWare had the benefit of several predecessor games. There is no excuse for not having server transfers ready. There is a reason, though. SWTOR is still in beta. The only difference is that we are paying for it. It is simple. EA decided the release date independent of when the game would actually be ready.

WOW gave us a faire. EA/BioWare make us sick. Congrats, EA, you've earned this.

EA/BioWare, it might be a good idea to do a better job at keeping current subscribers happy.

Figure out some way to give those of who ACTUALLY PAY for the game a way to bypass the login queues. You have 30 days to figure this mess out, then I am cancelling.
