So I'm going to roll a sorc in a couple of days with a friend who is going to start playing. He's going to play a Jug tank and I was wondering which spec would be better for a duo, lightning or madness? I thought madness would be because it's instant so faster moving around (he moves around really quick, we're both mmo veterans) or lightning for the burst, just afraid by the time I get something with a cast time off it'd be overkill or dead. We've done the tank healer thing before but found me going full healing was unneccesary. Any suggestions?

So I played for like a month after release but had to quit cause of time constraints. My BH is a PT. Eventually I'll prob want to tank endgame but what is the best spec for leveling? Can someone link me a leveling guide or a build to go by? Would love a rotation to use too. And also what companion is the best for questing? Ive been away for so long I just can't remember this stuff and Im sure things have changed. Other than that anything new that I need to know about as far as the leveling part of the game is concerned? Thanks for your time.
