  1. Everyone who was playing a online game before knows that by moving around you prevent some incoming dmg. Other Thing is that when you run away from someone you wont be able to hit him, but he will. Why did bioware not realize that and make the healers the main target with full dmg taken? instant heals or casting during movement would help a lot to have some fun ingame....if People do not Focus on you you will be able to do some healing, but if they focus you cant even run around a Corner or just run out of range. You will stick with all the DoTs and direct dmg and somehow try to keep your *** up to get the second needed to avoid. Dont know what some devs did when they were younger, but i cant find one gamer.
  2. Have to say it: Nice changes you made to the Forcewielders. But... 1) The expected Dmg or Healing rate we had at the beginning wasnt there. I think you count the AoE effects from the Inq and Consular for all affected Targets...all possible affected targets. Long casting, and if you see the dmg result on a single target the effects seem pretty weak. 2) Other classes run more dmg on a single target, with a single attack and usually have fast casting times or None. Depending which skill tree you use the Forcewielders seem to hold a negative effect next to other classes....armor, casting or dmg/healing what ever gives this negative feeling. Thx
  3. Just returned, i do not pay, i do nothing. You dumb guys could not fix the mass crashes, when you hit the Opponent wont receive dmg most times, stupid still stuns that take the game experience/fun. Youre Kids? No Auto attack, just stupid global cd....give me back the SWG egoshooter style. You took it so you get it back !!! PS: Tell them to set pvp dmg to -25% again or it will end like this here. Sry Folks to bother you at your discussion about...whatever.
  4. I think its no question on playing a tank well, if you see the high dmg the dps classes run you have a hard time with every tank. Assassin seem to be faster at building aggro. I just can talk for myself but i think after times changed you have a hard time as a tank. At the old days you usualy were able to get the aggro, as a tank you usualy watch for the main boss. If you have a second tank, he watches for the mobs and has his eyes on the group window like a healer always does. Bad thing at the "new age" is that dps seem to be lazy, they never noticed how tanks and healer ran their part. Dps usualy cant take the dmg from a boss or his mobs...here you have it the other way, if you take a sniper/gunslinger, they seem to be able to tank better then a real tank. think it was a kids decition to go for dealing dmg on the main boss not keeping an eye on the group or holding his dmg low till the tank could grab the aggro, they always started screaming and called you a looser, not noticing how hard it was to watch a whole group when you had to keep working on 4 mobs or more. Beeing a tank is not that nice in this game. It can be rater frustrating seeing they seem to be better at it then you. To grab aggro you need aggro building specials but if they are on cd you lack imense dmg to grab the aggro from a dps....and if you know our kids, they cant keep still they hit and then scream, they wont help you on that part by holding their dps low when they get attacked. So whatever tank you going to run its a fulltime job, or doing nothing because they got the skill to get a boss down without you (youre a waste of dps). Wonder why there are so many classes out here when you just need one or two. Dont ask me about healing, its way more terrible then it is at a bad game. They just working for some not thinking kids and destroy all a class stays for....only good thing , everyone can finish a heroic solo, some because they get a bit dmg reduct, some because they run imense dmg, and some because they have both. I run platin bosses at heroics on all classes (SOLO), its not that hard if your got the right comp with you. Most classes are a waste of time, they get destroyed when they keep listen to kids.
  5. My word, CCs are out of control,while they hop out and stun you,you possible able to react fast enough to get out of it...now comes the second stun, and its over. Why it is over? The amount of the dmg output is way to high. Other way: You stay far, start to channel an attack...now they hop out of stealth and beat you in the back, when you react you usualy lost most of your health (due to global cooldown or what else, imobal)...now they stun and that was your experience of a fight. Other way: They jump to yu, you try to react but get a massive attack, and a second, a third...now you try to heal...channel channel channel...he still hits you and you couldnt even outheal the first attack. If you are able to finish the first heal is a big question. Fixes: --> Instant heals with high amounts. --> dmg outputs taken down on most classes. --> most CCs no longer work on players. --> channel an attack while you be able to move (eg. Unload/FullAuto) just have to watch the target. This should be the first list of actions that would make PvP and other stuff in game way more balanced. For example while tanks and dps usualy run around the boss the healers have to stay put (some can move a bit...at least), while boss loads AoE attacks on them (now the are forced to move and watch the group goes down, or try their chance and...its is a pain). You saw the list of actions most Healers/Tanks have to do, dps classes usualy just do dmg, and run a huge amount of dmg at PvP which a healer or Tank cant take care of. They dont think, they dont have to do anything bad while others go crazy. And after they defeat you at PvP some kidding on you.
  6. Patient: Heal me Healer: Give me 2.5 seconds and you get 3k Patient: But i will receive 6k dmg in 1 seconds Healer: Hum, so i get heal point, the other gets dmg points, you take the death. Seems everyone happy but me and you. Dont worry he defeats me in 3 hits, so we both get called noobs and take it. Sry i couldnt heal you, i try better next time. Just was at a pvp match, received 7k, 3k, 2k in 1.5 seconds, now the stun and the remaining dmg i couldnt see took me down. No chance for a heal, no chance to run. My big heal takes me 2.5 seconds to channel...3k , mabe get it up to 4k one day :/ With buffs and else mabe i will make it to 5k..but still the 2.5 seconds remain. Thats you way of a game, there are 8 people at pvp, and i cant even handle myself, so how do i even think handling someone else? Worsest developement the game industrie saw for "decs". Online gaming isnt much older. If kids cant take it to rampage a healer for some mins to take him down then they dont deserve playing a game. It used to be teamwork on healers, not target practice to gain points. Tanks pull others, dps make em run away, healers try to stand behind them to avoid the orgy the enemy wants to start on them with 2-4 dps characters. Thats the spirit, healers are there for the annoying part, you just were out for the deathblow...healer jumped and did a last second save, thats what the babys in mmos cant take. Edit: I run healers, i run tank, i run dps. What ever class i run a day i play my part. When i run my dps, im crawling on the floor, begging to get my hand on the healer, always looking for the chance. I fi can jump him i will make the whole enemy team swap tactics, trying to go for me. If my teammate see it, he will jump him too, now my team go to the offense and gets their tank or some dps down. Our healer just tries to keep me and the other dps alive while the rest goes for the kill of their troops. We usualy cant take down the healer that fast (only at this game, you just need one to do it).

Channel times for healer are the badest idea..though most mmos use it...most mmos dont have AoE calls like you have it here, or had it at Galaxies where most of the ideas come from (i just belive). Add instant heals, and add the channel times as the cooldown for the abillity. Strengthen PvP heals, dont want to run dozens of buffs and specials (specials have a looong cd, dmg specials usually not) just get bigger heals. When specials are down or my stims ran low i heal 1/3 of an dmg attack. If dps goes after me i feel like a stupid idiot who isant able to play. With my Medic (SWG) i was tanking Krix on the Blackguard, went through the EK encounter till i had to take a break to cool my fingers. Im no dumb nood at healing, but healing here is just annoying. Waves of AoE, stupid running stoping, healing, running , stoping, healing....why you dont play healers for us you sooooo great developers? I surely could use the break, and fun adding you to igno list because you s+++ as healers, and cant heal my fine uber unbeatable dps character.

Its a shame how they watch for the dps classes and not the others, if you gte enough enemies and cant do the cc on all you usualy have to play crazy as a tank, you do not inflict enough dmg to keep them on you. So you turn and turn and taunt whenever its up, rest already on cd.....and kids cry they want to dps more and more. Seems devs where once one of those kids. Yesterday i was playing a warzone, somebody said: " 4k, 6k, 5k, 6k, those where my last deaths, wth".
  9. ou best should do a healer update, remove this stupid channel times, and make em able to stand against a dps. You feel like youre sleeping against them, you hit the buttons for the heals and receive huge dmg ...till you healed youre already down. Dont know you guys but you do a stupid job, and you can hand me a lifetime ban soon. Its just pointless, you have to think on a huge amount of people and not just few. Some like the healer type, so they feel like idiots when they go to pvp? This is a mmo not just a game i throw into my cd-drive and play it till im bored. I think you want a huge variety of customers, so make your gameplay even for everyone. Your PvE is nice, just the fact that you get tons of AoE attacks from bosses (see Lost Island) a healer never realy gets to the healing part with the boss loading all this DoT AoE attacks, he loose most of his health if he stays for the heal or others have to go down if he moves. With your current set up it is just annoying to play this game. Youre forced to move with healers but not realy got any instant heals, thats a gameplay that wont work together, never. Do what you want, my head is about to colapse about things I never belived that they would happen.
  10. Noone cares about graphics...except you got no real life, and are a machine. ou need a smooth gameplay no lag machine. I know its not possible with this lifetime global cooldown...mabe so the graphics can be dealt with, graphics noone ever cared for except our 11 years young Doctors from University, or pacifists.

  12. Once long ago.... SWG brought a Expertise system, the idea was great, and it went well till the Spys and the Commandos got that update. People (Kids) asked for a PvE update, that was the time it was sure the game would go down, sooner or later. The PvE update idea was ok, but how they did it. The set the PvP dmg from -25% to 0, snares did not work anylonger on Elites, etc. Next to all those updates the got in the clothing, armor weapon Reverse Enginnering....best update they ever did in a game because people could set their character how they liked it, and for the way they played their characters. Ok, now back to the timeline of the Expertise system. If they did all those changes without setting the PvP dmg to 0 and without prefering Spys and Commandos they would have the best game running. Problem with SWTOR is that it seems similar to SWG, high dmg, defense wont help anyone, you dont have to think on what youre doing you just hit the button. Thats a Egoshooter like Quake, only runs a story on the side. With all the things i listed you can surely get your own picture of a great game. Lots of people run egoshooters, and talk a lot but never played a game...why you listen to them? You wont get more money from getting more kids in, i know you need the money to pay bills, and more. There are lots of people out there who stoped playing because games are mindles nowadays. All i got to do now is to lvl my characters, then stop and wait for the lvl up that will come sooner or later, then lvl them again and stop till you get a update that makes it worth playing the game. If not i wasted a lot of time for nothing, and probably should be mad now PS: get in selfheals
  13. I crash 5 times a day, now this. Guess i will go back and play Playstation again, the old ones you just could turn around and the game was running if something occured Think they talk allday about what they could do, but when do they start to do what they should be able to?
  14. I want to wear the Voss Mystic Armor...only problem is that it runs now "stupid" bonus. So at the end of the day we all will be clones, and rename the game to clonewars
  15. Thats a nice idea, but why dps should run more dmg? PvP in this game just exist on DoTs and thats it. Its like a Egoshooter its no skill or what else, its just mindless, and make me remember stupid Nintendo/Gameboy games...Oldschool They did the same mistake like they did at SWG, they count on kids....dont know if you can make money out of that, but...dont know what to say. You need longer PvP fights, lower the DoT dmg, DoTs were once just a supporter to bite some health, and keep them in combat while they covered around the corner. Next thing are stuns, ...Im 24/7 stunned, and that makes me think about going outside and have fun watching after Woman wasting time by making me belive i got a chance kk...youre right about having a good setup + skill but no dmg increase for dps (would make it a one hit PvP). Tanks and Heals , do they even exist? A fultime Tank cant take out a fulltime Healer, a fulltime Healer cant take a fulltime Tank...guess thats the only balance we got ingame.
