I am in a guild that was considered to be the best PvP guild Imps side on my server, we are now gone. Looking back at the game sometime as we all love Star Wars. Last time we did, we saw the only changes was that instead of 3 win, you needed 6 game played for the daily... Ya... definetly not gonna bring us back. Seriously, fix this before our sub expire as we really liked the concept of the game, but the implementation is lacking. (This is not a FIX OR UNSUB post threat, we're gone, just wish things were different)

To the OP, not trying to be mean, but you need to learn to better play your class AND get to know the mechanics of the other classes. I will agree that marauders are a little too strong, but it's not such an advantage that an average marauder will beat a great player. First, while guarding, you're not on vacancy, you need to be aware of your surrounding, else you can get ninja capped or in your case, get taken with your pants down. Second, 3 commandoes vs a marauder? You do realize that each commandoes can stack their own Grav Round debuff? If the only button you guys would've been pressing is Grav round, you would've won, there is no way he can sustains this kind of damage. While Undying rage will protect him from virtually any damage for 5 sec, he will have a ******** of armor debuff and get insta gibbed as soon as it ends. Do your own research, learn the mechanics of the game and PLEASE, if you want to improve, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT blame your failure on class balance. Never assume ANY fight is hopeless and you will learn tricks. You will discover that you can beat odds that didn't seem possible (to you). (Btw, I'm not a Marauder, I main a Sorcerer (Full BM, one WH) (Yes a Sorc), but I also have a 50 Assassin (Champion, BM), a 50 Operative (green) and a 50 Juggy (full BM, WH MH)

This is a DPS spec, yes, but it's not for PvP since it takes Polarity Shift over Haunted Dreams. The 2 most common build are either hybrid Lightning/Madness or full madness. 3/7/31 : http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#201hZf00MZcMfRsMkrfz.1 This spec relies on DoTs damage, Force Lightning to get instant Crushing darkness proc and good "passive" self-healing. It is especially brutal if you can abuse LoS and kite as you will slowly drain their HP while your replenish. 0/23/18 : http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#201Zfc0MdRrhZcMcRsMz.1 (Note, you can swap out Forked lightning for parasitism and Deathmark if you want, it's a bit of self-healing + more dots dmg VS RNG Burst) This is a more bursty spec, you want to keep affliction on at all time to proc Lightning Barrage, you lose Creeping Terror as a 2 sec root on a 9 sec CD and self-healing, but you gain the utilities of lightning (no mana issue, root on knockback and blind on bubble). You will want to spam Force Lightning to get Wrath proc, then use them on (crushing darkness on CD) but mostly Lightning Strike, which in turn will proc instant Chain Lightning. The burst is not predictable, but you can expect to get one in a 10ish seconds timeframe if your abilities are hitting. Enjoy

I recently got my new alt to lvl 50 and got him a brand new set of recruit PvP gear to get things rolling. Then I noticed that it severely clip, my neck, ears and nose shows throught the fabric. I can "hide" the neck and ears by wearing the moddable lvl 40 PvP chest (it looks really cool btw), but the nose that stick out of the helm just ruin it for me. I just hide the helm for now, but i cannot understand that such a simple and obvious matter passed the Q&A (is there even such a thing in the SWTOR dev team, seeing all those "emergency" fix, but that's another subject). I use female body size 1, does anyone else have this problem? English is not my first language, be tolerant =).

Level 34, you have 2 choices, buy PvP consumable or buy the lvl 40 PvP set (which for some classes is actually really good looking, better than some lvl 50 set). Once you hit level 40, you can start buying Ranked Warzones Commendation at a 3 to 1 ratio, it caps at 4000. My fourth alt is currently lvl 48, I plan to have both 4000 Ranked WZ Commendation and 2000 regular WZ Commendation by the time I hit 50. This will allow me to instantly buy my War Hero main hand weapons.

Our guilds always has at least 2 lvl 50 premade and usually 1 sub 50 premade running, we have almost no use for GChat since every1 is on mumble, it's a lot of fun, you get to play with people you know and played with before and we almost never lose. Sometimes we get a real challenge when we get put up against each others, that's the best WZ I've had. Other time we get together against a full pugs, these games usually end in 4 minutes, not really "fun", but at least it's quick commendation and the pugs doesn't suffer too long. I believe that if you queue 4 man, you have greater chances of facing another 4 man group however.

To give you an idea, here's all my keybind on my jugg. 1,2,3,4,5,Q,E,R,T,F,G,Z,X,C,V. + Shift on all those (1,2,3,etc included) Mouse roll up, mouse roll down, mouse third click, mouse fourth click + Shift on those too. So, it's a total of... 38 binds. I use them all in combat (except shift mouse roll down that is for my mount) Faster binds are for short CD ability, more complex binds are for longer CD ability, abilities than chains together are usually next to each other, etc. Just create a nice mapping from the start so you don't have to remap keys all the time and you will learn how to use your abilities as you slowly get them in leveling. I coudn't agree more, on my server, there is 3-4 WELL KNOWN hackers, it's almost becoming a local meme and they aren't even subtle about it, (for example, one of them is a 31/31/31 sorc without cooldown on his abilities, real fun being perma rooted by constant Creeping Terror, then the next thing he does is cast Revivification and Inervate) and yet, they are still, somehow, playing the game. I just leave WZ the moment I see one of them playing. If it's becoming so common that the masses are spotting them, how can BW ignore this and not take action against cheating? As long as it's so easy and that there's no action taken against cheater, how can they implement Ranked WZ ?

Backpedaling has it uses, any1 saying that it's 100% useless and should be unbound is limiting themselves. You need to run away and kite someone chasing you while throwing CC/Snare/DPS at them? Strafe, obviously. You want to taunt someone slowly crawling toward you so they die just in your face? Backpedal, so much more humiliating to be killed by a backpedaling dude. You want to Precislely position yourself so that when the Warrior/knight leap at you, they fall in the fire pit below? Backpedal. You want to clearly analyse the battlefield while slowly repositioning yourself? Backpedal... It's uses are not OVERWHELMING, but it still has some. + being myself someone who go as far as to bind my 1 hour long Stim Buff and I'm still not short on binds, there's no reason to unbind S.

If anything they need to INCREASE the difficulty of space missions. Don't forget to barrel roll, dodge and tap shield boost upgrade when not firing and you'll be fine.
