  1. "TrueDND" your name is misleading. Biochem is the least beneficial endgame(outside of wpns crafting). If you actually look at the stats, all other crafting classes (minus wpns) can craft rakata gear with augment slots, nontradable (as compared to Biochems COLUMI gear, tradable). So to limit yourself to Biochem endgame is actually detrimintal, unless you have already crafted belt/bracers, relics, and earpeice...each with their own augment slots in them. AFTER you throw away resources doing that, THEN you can go to Biochem and complain its the only one worth doing. Until then, do your research, and dont waste a weekly question. KTHXBAI!
  2. It actually quite disgusts me that chat bubbles even made it to the Q&A. With so many other things NEEDING attention, adding something that a majority of the community is going to have to disable anyway is just a huge waste of time. UI customization (even just being able to move the windows around) should me a major priority. In certain situations, the ui itself blocks you from using certain abilities, just based on location. This is a major problem. Also, the need for empire vs republic rebalancing. Why was this not part of the Q&A? There are very obvious posts, videos, screenshots, and countless data showing how the empire has mechanic advantages over republic. Some of the stuff takes literal minutes to fix, if someone would just sit down at a computer and do it. Also, why bother with the infintely more difficult recoding of moddable armoring to be removable, and why not simply add an appearance tab. Not only does this give a more cost effective way to have different appearances at will, but you can also wear armor that may not be practical for combat (ie..wearing social gear as anything other than a consular/inquis). I really hope BW pulls their heads out, smells some fresh air, and rethinks where they need to focus their dev team. If chat bubbles remain on the "priority list" in any way, you are gonna lose alot more people than you retain. Think, re-evaluate, and then implement. Not the other way around.....
  3. Simple...L2P. My sentinel dominates nearly all pve situations, and my dmg is above most other classes. (when compared against other classes during the council fight in EV)
  4. I guess youve never been to a movie? Imagine a movie you interact with. Or you just need to get out more.
  5. Im curious, in what way did that post shut it down. There is no "skip conversations" box. There is a "skip movies" box. Thats for intros and maybe the ship docking and undocking movies. All conversations must be space barred through, regardless. That being said, if someone can prove me wrong, and tell me of a box OTHER THAN the skip movies box, id be happy to admit my fault in this thread. Edit: Of course I mean, space barred through if you dont intend to watch that particular sequence.
  6. Yes, it can be skipped through space-barring. Read the OP again people. He just made a "lol" that space bar gets spammed alot. THATS IT!. wow.
  7. Ive been 50 for nearly 2 weeks now, and I watched all the story lines up to 50. But, once you have seen the "storyline" on the dailies and flashpoints multiple times, its time to start skipping them. Ive ran some flashpoints upwards of 20 times. Ive seen the story once, dont need to see it everytime. So, before you start flaming people for "missing content", remember that some of that content becomes repeatable at a certain point.
  8. "A quick update on today's invites, and a little preview of tomorrow. Today, we invited people who had pre-ordered up to the very beginning of October (roughly). Tomorrow, we're going to be inviting the same number of people again; that will take us up to the last week or so of November. On Friday, we'll be inviting even more, and we'll give you an update on that tomorrow. You'll see more servers coming online tomorrow, and almost certainly there will be some queuing. That was always expected. As a reminder, our plan here is to maintain healthy server populations post launch, and during the excitement of launch that will mean queues. That said, we'll be working hard to keep those queues reasonable. We'll check back in tomorrow with another update. " This type of information is all the community ever asked for! Its posts like this that calm the masses and keep us happy. Keep the communication open.
  9. Fail OP. Even if wow suffered a poor launch, a SERIOUSLY large chunk of the player base ISNT from the launch era. Most of its players are bandwagon, non-traditional MMO fans. So, in essence, they DID turn off a large number of die-hard gamers. I know quite a few people that refused to play the game for many of its poor qualities. That being said, it appealed to the non-gamers that dont know any better. They win, but for the wrong reasons.
  10. Does it start the moment I am let into the game, or does it start on the 20th? Cause if it starts on the 20th, that means the people that you let in early get an EXTRA 7 free days to play the game. So in essence, the people that are let in, lets say, 3 days early get 4 less days. (I know I will get flamed for saying this, but...) Being someone that has alot of financial responsibility, but has made the effort to have the extra money to pay for this game, thats kinda ********. Regardless of this lame wave system you have going, you at least need to balance out the number of free days you are gonna give people, FOR THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY. If they literally paid more for their accounts, whatever. Or just prorate the days lost by no access, and refund people their money.
  11. Is it just me or are the time stamps on the forums completely wrong? When they reset the servers, did they not adjust the clocks? Just wondering if everyone is seeing the same time, or maybe just my profile is off.
  12. commando party on the main space station plox!
  13. Do you think the healing commando will equal that of the other classes?
