There's no penalty for retaking the screenshot. It's backdated to the achievement time.

Congrats on all the new kills particularly those on Council. Can you please retake your screenshots with one of the recommended UTC clocks, the one you used doesn't update in real time, there is no penalty for retaking the sceenshots.
