  1. Same situation here, hope that Bio can fix it through tickets or some automatic process because Musco gave wrong info and many people didnt grind on all toons.
  2. Agreed, title should be added retroactively.
  3. Set bonus is removed from 252-258 parts that were moved into legacy gear. It only works in standard masterwork shels. Hope that You can hotfix it sooner than later.
  4. Same situation on imperial side. First reports of this bug I've seen in January and still no fix from Bioware
  5. Finally after a month waiting I got an answer for my ticket concerning "One for All". Looks like this achievement is not bugged but simply very poorly designed.   6. I agree with OP in 100%. People who don't have the possibility to spend numerous hours (or rather consecutive hours) playing game, after completing Makeb have no posssibility to advance their character. Running SM Ops or H4 content solo wouldn't break this game. In the contrary many players would stay subbed and/or buy more CC because they could do something more interesting than dailies at endgame. Community already gave numerous ideas for endgame modification like: multiple companions, alts in operations, mercenaries for flashpoints. Bioware just have to use some of this ideas. This way everyone would be happy. Solo players would have interesting endgame content, Group players more experienced people in GF, Bioware more money.

  9. Although I was a single player games guy, at 20th October 2012 I tried SW Old Republic. Even before I hit the 15th level of trial I decided to buy this game. It had the same spirit like the original Kotor or Dragon Age Origins. Great story line, a lot of interesting npcs, manageable controls even for someone who likes it easy and didn’t have what always made me pass any MMO, obligatory grouping. From that time I spend 30+ hours a week on this game. But well it always can be better. This is my thoughts what can be changed or improved in this game. I don’t take credit for every idea because many were already mentioned on this forum. Companions A. Companion multi planet quests. Every companion should have their unique quests. Now only the first companion have any type of character + comp quest. If Pierce say “I will attack Bastion” we should do it with him in contrary to hearing after screen fading “Oh, it was a glorious battle” . B. Multiple companions on battlefield. In current situation you always lack someone. You have a healer, there is no tank, you have a tank, there is no healer. Perfect situation would be if we could use 3 companions at the same time, but two would be already a great improvement. C. Dual class system. If we stay with only one companion then there should be implemented some system of dual class. For example a dps could transform into a healer or a tank transform into a dps. It would be a nice reference to original Kotor when some of your comps could be transformed into Jedi/Sith warriors if you choosen proper dialog. It would also make it easier to max affection with our favourite companion. D. Any dialog after you hit 10K affection. Nowadays after hitting max affection comps become mute, you can’t even hear from them some recycled texts. E. Romances that matters. You marry a companion and what you get, 2-3 mails with some lousy gifts. Give us some unique dialogs during fighting, some texts from other crew members, different cutscenes. Anything that shows that something changed. Missions and Game World A. Separate PvE and PvP. On general chat on Red Eclipse I saw a funny text. “PvP flag is like venereal disease, you can easily catch it, but it’s difficult to lose”. Maybe some of the gamers doesn’t know the difference between RP-PvE server and PvE, but probably most of them know the difference between PvE and PvP server. So when you choose the first type it’s highly likely that you don’t want to spend most of your time fighting other players. On PvE servers PvP flag should be only activated manually and in PvP areas. There should be no automatic flag for healing or accidental attacking someone outside designated areas. Flag should be disabled promptly (like 5 seconds wherever outside pvp area you are) B. All content for solo subscriber’s. I know that for many hardcore MMO guys it’s almost a blasphemy to say such a sentence. Nonetheless today the situation is not exactly good for numerous TOR players. Most of the heroics, almost all flashpoints and operation aren’t simply dungeons known from other mmo’s. Something loosely connected to the story-line to run with a lot of friends to get nice loot. In this game this missions are strongly anchored in the story. Heroics are the background of your character’s story-line, flashpoints are bridges between important missions and planets. Operations are extensions of game universe. How you could end your story-line on Ilum without killing Malgus. Another example: One of the devs say in interview that Makeb expansion tells the story of Toborro who came into power after you killed Karagga. Unfortunately many (if not more than half) lvl 50 players didn’t even killed Bonethrasher . Importance of group type missions for storyline is one reason to make them all solo-able, the second is connected with population. Even if you find this 1-2 hours uninterrupted time to play (not so easy if you have work/studies/social obligations) you have to have someone to play with. It’s quite difficult to find 8 decent players for an ops especially if you try to do it not in the late evening but during daytime hours. Even for 4-player heroics sometimes it’s hard to find people (It took me 2 months to find a group for “Traitor’s punishment” although I spend cumulative 4-6 hours daily on this game). Guilds are only partial solution. The guild-master always try to organize raids when there is the highest possibility for 16 well geared people to be online. Especially if you are casual that doesn’t mean it will be a good time for you. Third problem is the influx of dps among new players (probably the most comfortable class for story-line) in contrary to tanks and healers. It became harder and harder (sometimes almost impossible) to find skilled representatives of two latter classes. Making all content solo-able wouldn’t mean that everyone would get same loot and rewards, the bigger the group the better goodies. C. Improvements for group finder. Nowadays when you enter group finder you know nothing of what happens “inside” the game. You just wait for popup. There should be information about how many people are in the queue, what classes are they and which missions they choose. This way a player would know if it is possible to find group or should he/she try another time. It would be nice if group finder would do some kind of gear-check. It is bitter-sweet experience when sometimes after an hour you finally get a popup for HM Lost Island and your group’s tank has 12,5K HP when you being dps have 21K. D. Respawn times decreased + timers. Probably many players met with “stealing” objectives or “stole” one themselves accidentally. It’s especially seen in dailies areas like Ilum, Black Hole or Section X. Just disable (or make them very small 1-2 sec) respawn times for eggs, terminals, crates etc. For World bosses besides decreasing respawn to 10-15 min there should be a timer. This way no one would be mad if you take crate when he/she is fighting mobs. E. Improvements to social playing. Example I see a player who is almost wiped so I helped him/her and apart from mental comfort I don’t get nothing, there is no initiative. I group with someone and even if we play game for hours killing mobs we’ll get “0” social points. Someone who runs Black Talon/Esseles can get 200 points in 15-20 min. F. Master and apprentice system. It would be something that would reward both players the Master (lvl 50) and apprentice (lvl 1-28). Cool title, a mount, a pet. G. Optional advance class tutorial after finishing class story. Unfortunately story-line doesn’t teach player his/her class. I saw lvl 50 people who break crowd control (even ask what is “cc”), tanks not using buffs, healers acting as dps, because they forgot about healing. Such a guide should show the basics, maybe propose rotations. I know that there are many tips on the net, but official nicely made in game advance tutorial would be better. H. Customization of ships interior. Probably asking for a full housing is impossible, but implementing customization of captains quarters (something like ME Shephard’s cabin) would be nice. Even something small like putting trophies from operations (karagga’s hat), WBs, Flashpoint’s would be a big improvement. I. Using alts as comps. Emperor’s Wrath and Cipher Nine combining force to defeat enemies of empire, nice thought. J. Legacy improvements. Items should only bind to legacy not to character. Credits and Extra cargo holds usable by all characters in legacy, auto-complete legacy characters names when you are writing mail K. All dailies from one terminal. Outside of game world A. More transparency about plans. Devs many times say things like “It is on our crazy wall” or “it’s coming soon”. Make this “Plans wall”, “Crazy Wall” public. Even if everything will be without any release dates community would know what to expect. On the forum there is “Suggestions Box”, publish which suggestion you are analyzing, will implement in future or rejected. B. Android/iOS/Windows Phone application. Through application we could send companions on missions, buy/sell on GTN, check credits, cargo hold, characters equipment. In summary I wanted to thank devs for making a game with such a beautiful stories and everyone who had enough volition to read my whole post.
