  1. Death Before Dishonor ~ Republic Guild Death Before Dishonor II ~ Empire Guild About Us Death Before Dishonor was formed in 2002 as an adult FPS gaming clan. We hosted game Servers for MoH Series, CoD Series and BF Series games. In 2004 We branched off into MMOs and have been there since in games like RYL, GW, LOTRO, WoW , AoC and SWTOR. Our core membership is made up of friendly, helpful and laid-back players that met over the years in the different games we have played. Requirements The only requirements we have are that members should be 18 years of age or older. Voice chat IS NOT a requirement for membership however it IS a requirement for Organized PvP and Guild PvE Runs. Hardcore, Casual and "New to MMO" Players all welcome! *Players under 18 with a family member in DbD may be accepted but are the responsibility of that member. What DbD Offers Not only do we offer all the in game Bells and Whistles such as 10% Boosts and Strongholds but most importantly DbD offers a stable and mature Gaming Environment, a Guild owned site and forum as well as a 50 Slot Teamspeak 3 Server. *** Now Holding Weekly PvP and PvE Events*** Rules? No....Not really. We all get enough rules IRL! All we ask is that you treat other members the same way that you would like to be treated. The Only thing we stress is that ... ..General Rudeness and Racism WILL NOT be Tolerated!!! Application
  2. I have been using a G930 for quite a while. The problem with it is the software is buggy as well as the Mute mic function. I use push to talk so the mic part does not bother me. I also configured the G Keys to activate my PTT key so if I am in kitchen grabbing an adult beverage and someone asks me a question I hit the G Key and answer. All in all though I do like it.
  3. It has to be the game. I mean really ... how can I be getting 80 fps and still stutter? I played today about 20 minutes and had to stop, my eyes felt like they were popping out of my head Thank God it is Sunday and the NFL is on.
  4. Right Click on the Chat Tab, Select "Chat Settings" The Chat Panel Srttings screen will pop up. You can select what you want in that channel from there. *Most people do NOT notice the scroll bar at the right* Scroll down and I think the option you want to disable is "System Feedback"
  5. I see that you are a tad bit confused. Jeramie is speaking of what should be done to correct this. I am speaking of the game in it's current state. If you participate in PvP in the slightest of ways you should be flagged. Even as I just read that if you res a player that has died from a PvP encounter then you are participating in PvP. Is there not a change in the color of your name when you are flagged for PvP or some other type of indicator? As I said I have never been on a PvE server all that I know is that if the name is Red I can attack it if I chose.
  6. Wow! I myself have never played an MMO on a PvE Server and had no idea that you could flag yourself for World PvP. I really do not understand why they would make it that way. I thought that if you like World PvP then you just roll on a PvP Server. After reading the thread I am still a bit unclear as to it being an exploit abused or just a case of Buffing or healing a flagged player. If it is an exploit that is being used then I think that anyone that is lame enough to exploit PvP on a PvE server has to be a real moron who could not cut it on a PvP Server. After they are found to be exploiting they need to be transferred to a PvP server with a special tag so that the real PvPers can treat him/her like they do a Pedophile in Prison! If it is a case of buffing or healing a player flagged for PvP then shame on you! Any buff or heal that would potentially change the outcome of World PvP makes you an active participant in the PvP and you SHOULD get flagged. How bad would it suck to be fighting someone in World PvP and have them buffed and being healed by a player that was un-killable? I think that would be MORE of an exploit! Just my opinion but if your on a PvE server I think there should be no PvP except in WZs that you join.
  7. I just wanted to stop by and say that every member that found their way to our Guild through Ideal Guild Quiz has been a PERFECT FIT!!!!! Thank You Soooooo much for such a GREAT tool for SWTOR!!!!!!
  8. We did it in 7 steps. 1st empty the guild bank, 2nd Make an Alt the GM to remain forever on old server (If you have no room transfer an alt to make a free space) 3rd Begin Transfers, 4th Secure Guild name and set an Officer for taking in members, 5th change the MOTD on the old server to reflect Guild's New Name (if it is changed) and the Officers on new server that can invite to guild. 6th make a forum post (if you have your own) With Guild's name, and an up to date list of all Guild Officers on new Server. 7th Contact Customer Support about bank. That was our Game Plan
  9. The Deadweight has no available transfer as of yet and our current Server population is 18 Empire and 15 Republic.
  10. I agree .... not to mention if you have a 50 of each faction you can hunt down and kill the Fleet Trolls
  11. The soft drink I was drinking shot out my nose when I read that!
  12. I just have to say .... You have a very attractive Avatar
  13. OP Thank You SOOOOOOO Much!!!!!!!!! This makes it much easier!
  14. Been using them since launch with no problems. Some people complain because they do know the codes to type it but it has not hurt me in game at all.
