People please, If I had to guess BW is telling you that you must wait longer than you actually do so that way when you get in "early" you are considerably happy with how things played out and applaud BW for doing what they should have done in the first place. This in my opinion is a hair brain scheme to fix a wrong by making you think things turned out better then they were supposed to.
