  1. As of right now, my only level 50 characters are Imperial. In the Columi mainhand lightsaber that you can obtain on the Imperial side, you get a +31 crystal. A fellow guildie pointed out to me that the Columi mainhand weapon you can obtain on the Republic side comes equipped with a +41 crystal. I had to pay 33,496 credits in order to strip my +41 crystal from my Tionese weapon (which I had modded) and use it to replace the sub-par crystal in the Columi weapon. I question though if this is a bug or intentional. Is there a reason why BW is giving Pubs better weapons, or is this an oversight. If it is the latter, it needs to be fixed, and fixed very soon. If it is the former, an explanation needs to be made as to why BW feels that Pubs are much more in need of the additional stats.
  2. A ton of us Florida people moved from Tarro Blood to Corellian Run. SithBarbie is my main, and our guild is about 1/2 Floridians. (Makes us quite understanding when weather is messing up connections and such.) We've got Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, St. Pete, and Miami.
  3. I have a 50 Merc in full columi +Rakata pants. I also have a 50 Sorc in almost full columi (missing the mainhand and implants). I run the MOX parser, and was running EV HM with my guild last night on my Merc. It was fine until the Soa fight when the drops were giving us some issues. I swapped toons to see what (if any) difference there would be. I have suspected for some time that my Sorc heals are better than my Merc, but after seeing a vast improvement on the health levels of my group it solidified it in my mind. Checking the parser was basically just proving my estimation. My Sorc (in less gear than my Merc) had ~100 more EHS than the Merc on the same fight. I was able to heal through an enrage timer (due to our tank missing two of the pyramids). My co-healer and I agreed that the Sorc should be the one coming on the raids from now on. While the bubbles don't count for your EHS, they absolutely can make a difference in the red bars staying full.
  4. My 8 man group ran EV HM last night and it was super glitchy from the start. After an initial wipe on the turrets (that took out both healers within 2 seconds when neither had cast a single heal OR a HOT ) we ALL rezzed back at the entrance and came back in together and the turrets were red and glowing. It was a one-shot wipe for all. We all rezzed at the entrance again, reset the instance, and started over. After quickly taking down the turrets (as we normally do), we moved on to Annihilation Droid. His sound was messed up, and it was not giving any audio cues before the missle salvo. We dealt with it by watching him crouch and wound up beating him anyway. Moving on. We quickly cleared the trash mobs on the way to Gharj, then proceeded to the boss. On our 1st attempt, Gharj spawned an island after his 1st "frenzy" but no steps to such island. We remained in place. After his 2nd "frenzy" steps appeared, leading to the island. When we got there, it disappeared. Full wipe. When we entered again, the speeder wasn't there and the trash mobs were back. We all exited area and returned. Same thing. Exit again, return, speeder is there, we head to Gharj. We begin the fight and he bugs again and remains on the first island. We remain there even after the path spawns, since 2 paths spawned (one to an island that would soon disappear into the lava, and one heading from there, back to our position. We were able to get Gharj to 23% before we had to move to the last island. On the way to the last island, he spawned twice as many adds, remained in his frenzy stomp, and killed us all. Rez. Enter. See above for speeder/trash mob issue. Rinse, repeat. Rinse, repeat. When we finally made it back to Gharj, he bugged out on the first island as before, but we were able to get him down to 8% before moving to the next island. We downed him, collected loot, and moved on. We pretty much called it a night after clearing the trash before the pylons, because at this point, we had been at the run for 3 hours. We enjoy fighting the bosses, but shouldn't need to fight the game as well.
  5. Yep that's me. I'm in Conquerors of Chaos and we're doing pretty well. Quite a few of us "non-PvP'ers" have even taking to queuing up in groups with our guildies who like to PvP so we can get some matches for them. They, in turn, accompany us on the occasional FP when we are in need of one more person. I understand that TB isn't the least populated server (my kids were on The Courageous) but it isn't dead. If you are ever looking for something to do, just whisper me. We have something going on every night (HM's, Ops, World Boss, datacrons, etc.)
  6. Actually, I'm from Tarro Blood. We aren't the most populated, or the least populated. I do, however, belong to a guild that has anywhere between 18-28 people on every night and 6-15 people on during the day. Our guild made the decision that when the time comes (if the time comes) we will move, but until then, we will continue to play as we have been the whole time. The only change has been that we have not added a new guild bank tab, nor has anyone put stuff on the gtn, opting instead to trade at the fleet or within the guild.
  7. May also be because they are gearing up for the next round and can either spend the next 30 min finishing up the loose ends and queuing up the next set of transfers or they can spend 30 min babysitting and responding to every "wher r my svr transfurs? bioware sux and i'm unsubing if you dont answr me." that they get. It's a work day, right? How many people are actually biting their nails waiting to transfer and play this very moment?
  8. That was kind of my thinking with Tarro Blood too. While I'm fine with them taking the weekend to see how the transfers affected the server populations and queue times on the new destination servers, taking the remaining PvE-East servers and lumping them together would work. None of us are even standard, and there are plenty of us who would like a larger population (though not crazy full complete with lags and wait times to log in).
  9. If they do paid transfers, you will see it then. The Courageous is already open to transfer to Canderous Ordo.
  10. The thing is, statistically, those of us who haven't been tapped yet as origin servers have increasingly worse chances of retaining our names/legacy names/guild names. With every server who joins Canderous Ordo the chance that my name gets picked goes up. I'm not qq'ing because I've accepted it, but just wanted to point out for the poster above who disagrees that those of us left til the end will get screwed. I've moved 5 toons (2 on day 1 and 3 on day 2) my names were fine. My husband moved 2 names on day 2 and had to change everything.
  11. I really don't think I understand most of what you said, but I'll give a shot at a reply. If you have a current guild/ops group on a low pop server (like I do) the best course of action is to continue with your life. If you normally raid on Tuesdays and Thursdays, continue the schedule. If you PvP, keep doing it. Have a plan in place with your guild/op group about transferring. Eventually, you will get a message saying your server is eligible. At that time, post the message on your guild website or facebook, send out any texts to the GM to make sure the plan gets implemented and the guild bank swapped over. Reform the guild/op group on the new server. If that's not the answer for which you were looking, I apologize, but couldn't understand your question very well due to the lack of actual words.
  12. I understand the potential complications of publishing the origin and destination servers, but what problem would arise from publishing ONLY the origin servers. If BW did this, it would allow us a day or so to get the message out on our website and facebook page of the Guild's intention (staying or going). While we wouldn't have a destination as of yet, we would at least be able to meet and make an educated decision with the benefit of time. The last thing I want is to rush a decision and split up the guild. Hopefully my server will be a destination server (we are light to standard most times and usually have 60-110 people on the fleet in the evenings), but I'd rather know ahead of time if we have to move.
  13. I respectfully disagree. They have specifically stated that they would not be giving out the names of the destination servers because they will constantly be changing based on availability/population. We have 198 people in our guild. about 1/2 are alts. So we'll call it 95 people who need to transfer. Of those 95 roughly 60 are active (logging on and playing at least every other day if not every day). Those 60 people will not be guaranteed to wind up on the same destination server (if we are all understanding BW correctly). I'll break it down in a hypothetical timeline for those who TL:DR the above text: 7:00am EST - GM and 5 officers manage to transfer to new destination server and get text messages and FB posts out to members with server name. 7:10am EST - 15 members manage to relocate to same server with Gm and officers 7:15am EST - BW changes destination server 7:20am EST - remaining members can not relocate to new server. Guild is broken.
  14. On behalf of the Conquerors of Chaos guild on Tarro Blood, it would be helpful to know if we are one of the scheduled relocation servers, as we have a large number of guild members to coordinate regarding a move in order to ensure that our guild winds up on one server. We are most concerned with the fact that the destination servers will be changing based on availability, and do not wish for our membership to be spread across various servers.
