This must be really rare now, because I've been sending my crew out on multiple characters trying to get this schematic, and I can't seem to. I've been trying for about a week, as well as checking the GTN on both factions. Upside is I have a ton of blue metals to sell on the GTN now. It's the only craftable light armor that isn't brown/green/ugly, so I'm hoping to get it so I can crit craft a new chest. Fingers crossed.
