  1. How is showing facts Cherry-picking? It bumped up around January but the goal should be to maintain numbers and try to increase them not bring them back temporary and let them drop again. I love SWTOR myself and am a big fan of Bioware but the fact is that the EU population in average has gone down again and there is no denying it. No, i don't care whether the RP server has been above standard at times or that EU pop lie at Standard for 40-60%. The fact is that EU population on average as shown from the most latest graphs (http://imgur.com/2WNI9h8 from http://www.torstatus.net/shards/eu/trends) has gone down. PERIOD.
  2. From that graph itself (see the image i linked) it's obvious that Light has increased. Even from basic logic, it's obvious that if Heavy is decreasing, Light or Standard has to increase since the lowest the servers can go is Light. In the Case of EU servers, Standard has been fluctuating whereas Light has clearly increased. Again look at the image to see the most recent timescale.
  3. Actually, the EU load has gone down a lot (from 20-30% Heavy uptime to 0% Heavy uptime) since around March 1 which has caused the Standard and Light uptimes to increase. The NA load has pretty much remained the same and are healthy. Check http://www.torstatus.net/shards/eu/trends for the statistics. You can increase the graph's duration by clicking on the horizontal bar. In case you have trouble navigating - > http://imgur.com/2WNI9h8 I think this has much to do with ESO's release and partly also to Wildstar's Beta weekends.
  4. ITT: People openly admitting that they don't know to play GSF and still calling it bad because of the same reasons. Now is when we need the devs to say it's a L2P issue instead of the "Heal to Full".
  5. Did anyone point out to him that if GSF was PvE, we would have PvE'ers here complaining about it causing long queues and that GSF should be PvP only
  6. You guys need to calm down. Pretty sure this is like the honeymoon feeling. In the next few days, the forums will be back to their usual with new complaints about less maps, no game modes and what not. It's good no doubt but play it for a good amount of time before jumping to conclusions.
  7. Go check the discussion we were having until some people showed up.
  8. She generalised complainers as a whole. And that's what i replied with. Who is to deny that many people actually left because they didn't find the sub worth it which would be aggravated by marketing practices such as these for people who are still hanging on. And the point of this whole thread was just to ask BW to value their existing customers a bit, that is of course, until whiny Biodrones showed up insulting someone who wanted a peaceful discussion.
  9. If that was a fact and that people who have a problem with the game don't actually leave, then the game wouldn't have gone F2P. You need to look up on the definition of a "fact". Calling people who have a small problem with the way they are being treated as "whiny" is a insult. While you are looking on the definition of "fact", might as well look at "insult" too. You can also give your thoughts without being insulting like so many have given. Just because some people don't see BW as their God almighty and saviour doesn't mean you passively insult them.
  10. "It's not like any whiny subscribers are actually going to unsubscribe because Billy got something Bobby did not. None of you walk your talk.. you just complain for the sake of complaining IMO. "
  11. Have you ever thought about how bad this argument is? Yes i get to play but i pay for that. Actually the people who started early had to pay for the box price as well as the RotHC. Newplayers don't have to pay for anything except the sub. Besides all that, they are getting free CCs as well as free days of sub. You see where this is going? I am just saying BW needs to value their existing customers more.
  12. i am sorry that i don't have money literally poping up in my backyard. This is amplified by the fact that i don't live in the US and that the sub after being converted into my local currency isn't cheap. But yea, please continue insulting based on ignorance. Keeping an open mind is so hard to do these days. After being subbed for so long, it does bother me that all we get are some skins and useless stuff whereas new subs get 1500CC or a whole new month free sub.
  13. I see your point but while we have had an opportunity to get those stuff we have also been paying the $15 continuously. Let me explain it to you in a better way: Existing customers - Paid suppose $100 and will continue paying: We got the old Fluff stuff and will get future Fluff stuff. New Customer - Pay $15 and will continue paying: They get the future Fluff stuff and they get 30 days of sub. Not counting Gameplay because both can enjoy it and we paid to get extra Sub features. So, my point is the old fluff stuff which we got can be easily accounted for in the extra we paid since we both are paying for the subs. Yes, we got to play the game earlier but we paid for it. Fluff stuff comes when you are playing the game. You play early, you pay earlier than them and you get to enjoy whatever fluff they release during your time.
  14. This mail was sent today http://i.imgur.com/sAIepjB.jpg While it may bring people, i am kinda sad that they are ignoring the people already subbed. 30 days sub is equivalent to $15. Thoughts on this?
  15. People who are not subbed got this mail today http://i.imgur.com/sAIepjB.jpg Heck, it seems no one knows about this so i am gonna go create a thread to discuss this move by BW.
