Bots and hacks are two different things, while I am sure botting is against TOS, you aren't doing anything a person couldn't do. Hacking is a different problem, I suspect the cooldowns are server side as well as states such as a stuned so I don't know how stun could be hacked but I see how movement can be hacked because it's far too processor intensive to check if every movement is within an acceptable range.

After some thought reducing damage output would have been a better change but regardless it will still balance tanksins more. Also the change to relics is an added nerf to tanksins because their 5s of tech immunity becomes less significant.

I suggest letting people select a single destination server that they can transfer all their avatars from, regardless of location.
