There was talk previously about revising the codex entries & making the datacrons unlocked for all characters on a legacy once 1 charcater has collected them. Will we see this in update 1.4? If not is there any update on this?

With the recent server transfers & more transfers to come, servers will have a high population. This will be good for group missions & PVP but when doing solo missions you will have to now fight for & sometimes wait for respawns of objective mobs & destructible objects. Will anything be done to address this issue?
