my server got huge queue. is there any option for character transfer ?

game can wait 2-3 min for reconnect. we need to give a big break after disconnect, couse needed to wait more than 1.5 hours queue. this must be solve. couse it is a big problem. it makes us less like the game. disconnected people generally wont become online again like me. i went to the gym center after disconnected. when i become home it finally entered the server. it is a big problem i think.
