I very much agree with you on this topic, i was just thinking about that as well today. It will be very nice if they can do something like that, will make sorting out companions much easier to send on crafting missions.

i have also confirmed it on my LVL 62 marauder.

I just got to this point as well on my BH and i am completely stuck and won't be able to move on to the new content.
