I have not been able to get the schematic from REing either.

The devs have reported that there is a bug with the Therml Regulators. They said that the Thermal Regulators are not dropping as intended, whether this means a higher or lower drop rate I do not know, but I am guesing it means higher. They have also said that lockboxes are not giving the correct amount of credits. Both bugs they said they are hoping to fix in the 2.0.1 patch, which would be next Tuesday, the 23rd I have gotten about 11 of them on my slicer. Granted I had a Slicing mission for 1 that got me 2, but otherwise I get them on crits. (Bounty Hunter, so I have Mako's slicing help)

Same for Artifice. We just get to RE stuff that takes forever to get and we only have a 20% schematic chance.

There will never be one, because everyone has their own opinion of something. I have seen many threads about Marauders and Powertechs needing a nerf. Every class but Marauder and Powertechs are mad because Marauders and PTs are "Overpowered" so they want Bioware to nerf them. If Bioware does this, they will be happy, but then the Marauders and Powertechs will get mad because they are no longer overpowered.

And the article states that it would be sent by August 7 at 11:59 to all qualified characters. The way that it was worded means that it could be any time from today to August 7 or 8

This is an MMO.... Nobody needs correct spelling! and to answer the main question, no. I would expect them to send them by August 8 or later.

They skip them for a couple reasons: 1. Your 50, so the XP gained doesn't matter from doing bonus bosses. (and most people don't care for the around 1600 Legacy XP) 2. Some of them the group members are not geared enough for. I know I've had a lot of fresh 50s complaining because we aren't doing the D7 Bonus Boss. 3. It isn't required to finish the FP and get your BH comms, so therefor it is a waste of time.

Now add sleeping, eating, etc. that take up times when the servers are up, reducing your total time to play.

You finish chapter one around level 30 (Usually 32) I have not gotten a republic player past Chapter 1 but the Imperial Chapter 1 ends after you finish Alderaan (Note that there are a couple quests after Alderaan for each class until you get to the end) As for the number of chapters, there are currently 3 per class (And a prologue and interlude, that could be taken as either)

Yes, Belsavis is icy. If you have never done Eternity Vault then I understand why you would not know this, but Eternity Vault is based in Belsavis

And the SWG crafting system.... Loved it. The current crafting system for SWTOR is too simple.
