  1. I've been 50 for a few weeks now and have done every Flashpoint. Yesterday, I was doing Kaon Under Siege on hard mode with a few guild members. We were basically rushing through it goofing around, and had some weird problems. Eventually one guy relogged. He was out of the flashpoint and came back in, but he came back in to repops. Enemies we had already killed were alive. Not a big deal, sneak past them, but the champions were also there. He had no way to get by them. He left the flashpoint and then immediately came back, and this time he spawned with us (near the bonus boss). It was weird but we kept going. We took on the bonus boss but ended up wiping due to poor CC management. So when we came back in, everyone spawned at the correct location but me. I was back at the beginning again, and the repops were there. I snuck past the first few, and again, the champion patrol droids were present. The instance was still mine (I was group leader) and I could see the other people on the map. So trying what my friend had done previously, I stepped in an out of the instance, but about 10 times. Nothing. Same thing every time. It's like the instance reset, but only for me. TL:DR Do flashpoints have repops? Because they aren't supposed to, according to the internet, and in my 1-50 run I've never seen them. Has anyone had this problem?
  2. No need to get on the dude's case about his tanking abilities. The fact is when you're dragging Malgus to the edge right before he hits 10%, he still CAN use his Force push, so you need to line it up correctly to compensate. A simple, friendly suggestion is more called for. Anyway, you can just tell your team not to kill him. One time I got pushed off (completely forgot about his Force push since I had my back to the stair wall the entire fight). I had our second knockback (Juggernaut), so they couldn't kill Malgus without me anyway. This was pre-grenade. So I was able to zone out, zone in, then run back across the first bridge before they killed him, and then we timed our knockbacks. Not really a big deal. His lightning hits hard but with good cooldowns/healer you can surivive long enough for the tank to come back. But the main issue, yes, is that you should most definitely not be locked out of loot, ever.
  3. Open the map on the fleet. Sort by vendors. Look for the Tionese, Columi, Rakata vendors for your class. They're set up similarly to the PVP vendors, but in reverse order. Tionese is Tier 1, Columi is Tier 2, Rakata is Tier 3.
  4. You don't take any armor damage and you're back to life in 5 seconds. Not really a huge deal, just a minor inconvenience. In fact, while queuing for PVP, my friends and I sometimes see who can stay on a railing the longest. Probably looks funny to other people.
  5. I bet a lot of Juggs are PVE specced right now (I am). It sucks because I really want to run hard modes and operations, but I also want to PVP in the down time. You can either be good at one, or be mediocre at both (I'm also the main tank). So for now, I've just been taking up defensive positions in PVP and I excel at it. I don't go for medals (although I seem to end up near the top of the board every round) or kills/damage. I aim more for scoring the ball, protecting the ball carrier, defending a point or keeping enemies from capping a point. It's still fun if you just don't expect do dish out a lot of DPS Definitely a lot of cool + fun abilities. There's also a lot of them. It's not unmanageable, but it could be a challenge. But jumping into battle and smacking people around? Never gets old. Good story, too.
  6. The Sith Warrior light side story doesn't have a need for this. The story is
  7. Juggs are really good at huttball. If I hold the ball, I have three cooldowns that are really powerful (saber ward, invincible, endure pain). I can also jump to an enemy player, bypassing many hazards and saving a lot of time. If there's a lot of enemies around me, I can use Threatening Scream and stun them ALL for up to 6 seconds. Force Choke can be talented to not be channeled, so that's another 6 second stun. You can force push enemies off the platforms and away from you. And, you can jump to friendly targets at level 50 with Intercede. Defense-wise, same things, jump to enemies, choke them so the fire burns them, push them off, etc. You have a lot of interrupts and a lot of control, plus the massive health pool will keep you alive for a long time. Your DPS is lacking, but again, tank build. I'm tank specced now, and my DPS is low so I play defensively in every type of warzone. That said, my tank specced assassin guildmade will always out damage me. He can also stealth and use sprint to run the huttball past enemies and through traps pretty easily. Assassins might be better overall at this point, but Juggernauts are monsters in huttball.
  8. This is correct. In fact, here's a picture of the Corellia commendation robe thing. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/6594306/darth.png
  9. I also have this problem. Do you by chance happen to have two pieces of the War Leader PVP armor? 2/5 pieces grants a set bonus of 1 extra second of Force Choke. I think it's a bug. You get an extra second but you have to channel it, despite you having a talent that it doesn't require a talent. It's pretty bad. I mean it almost negates a really useful talent, especially in PVP where you use Force Choke all the time.
  10. Is it this? Mine is orange and I'm almost positive I got it from the Corellia Commendations vendor. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/6594306/darth.png
  11. I could have SWORN I bought this from the Corellia commendations vendor, but maybe I'm wrong. I can double-check tonight after work. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/6594306/darth.png
  12. Really? Have you run all the Flashpoints? My core 4 used to be me (Juggernaut), a Powertech, an Operative, and the fourth either a Merc or a random guy we'd find. We would find Sorcerer armor ALL THE TIME, despite none of using actually being a Sorcerer. Then yesterday, we did Directive 7 with the same Op, and two Sorcerers. The last two (and biggest) drops were an orange Sorcerer chest piece and helmet. About half of the drops were BH items.
  13. What you have to do is make sure he isn't using Force Storm when he gets to 5% health. The fight stops at 5%, but if he's taking damage at 5% while channelling force storm, it won't work. We all just died, then on the second time it worked. Don't reset the instance and don't reset the quest, just kill yourselves and make sure you be careful under 10% health.
  14. Warriors get Lord for finishing Act 1 as well. It's the same time you get your Legacy name. It's a class quest that ends on Hutta. Right after you finish Alderaan. I was able to do it at level 30, but I think it's a level 32 quest. Also, that whole stretch at the end of Act 1 was really, really awesome story-wise.
  15. Actually the opposite is true. Since your skin is pale when you go dark, a Sith Pureblood actually becomes pink. They have the dark lines around their eyes and stuff too, but it almost looks a bit silly on one of my friends. I'm a light side warrior (btw, the story is really cool at the end of act 1 when you go light). I swear when I hit Tier 1 or 2 my eyes were a bit more shiny. One of my friends later on asked if I thought his were shinier too. Apparently there's no actual difference though. So to answer your question, no, light side won't make you pink. You probably won't see a difference.
