  1. Im MT and sometimes OT in my guild, personally i prefer the 31/0/10 spec as the overall tanking benefits outweigh the the only other viable tanking spec (deeper Madness). The dmg reduction from wither and the (all be it small) self heal form HD makes the MT and Healers jobs a little easier. As the post said about just switch to Lightning Charge and slap on some dps gear, tbh there are only 2-3 fights that need 2 tanks atm in NM mode, in HM pretty much all can be done with 1 tank (i OT in Serno in dps spec with tank gear on fine just to survive the unload).

Daily Mission: Unintended Consequences The Tunnel in the 'Excavated Rakata Vault, Lower Level' seems to have a bug/glitch in the area that can cause the Client to crash-to-desktop, while trying to loot mobs which have been killed. It has only happened to me while ive been in a group with someone else also doing the same mission. Happen 2/3 times yesterday, once today already. Never experienced this issue before the latest patch
  3. well it didnt bug before, however yesterday we attempted to switch from NM to HM for Bug-360cleave-crusher and it wouldnt change, we had to enter EV just to get the manual reset, that worked however then changing from HM to NM for the rest of the op caused us no longer being able to enter the instance at all, being ported back to the fleet anytime we entered. It never did this before just seems to be something else that was broken in a patch that wasnt broken before

  5. in NM you may want to think about going Right - Left and skipping middle all together. Depends how well your tanks and healers can with stand the dmg buff he gains and the armor debuff on tanks. Its pretty much just as quick as going Right - Middle, just have your tank move the boss after the boss gains 3/4 stacks as by then the dmg done to him drops of largely. Also when we explain the tacts to newbies we just say which ever one its being built on next just move the Top (1) there first. simples
  6. Once again a problem that didnt exist before now ruins raids.. Tonight we were attempting Bonethrasher NM, after numerous wipes due to the boss doing 360 cleaves over 20k a hit we decided to change to HM just to get the kill so we can move on until its fixed. For the record we did get him down to 100k but was the only try when he didnt cleave people stood well behind him. We try change to HM only to have the instance stay in NM, we put this down to a member dieing and disconnected on the last NM attempt and causes us to be locked into his phase (we couldnt manually reset the phase, changing difficulty didnt effect it either). In the end we all had to enter EV, and then port out in order to be able to manually reset.. This works and we rinse the boss on HM. We then try to change back to NM for the rest of the instance only to have the same problem before. Enter EV and try that again, gain manual reset but this time now we can no longer enter any instance?!?! we just get ported back to the fleet after loading screen?????? Ended up having to call the Raid over an hour early as we were no longer able to enter KP in any difficulty...
  7. Go do NM and come back with the same attitude. HM is just as easy as normal, you can get the bugs there but they are much more manageable, NM if you come across some of the bugs you have to reset. end of

Its not a 2 tank fight... the only time you needed 2 tanks before on this fight was 16man when you were able to taunt the balls so dps could focusdmg, cant do that anymore making offtank pointless. Im saying that tonight the Lightning Orbs bugged out, never happened before happened twice out of 15 tries or so, it was annouced to hit me and didnt target me instead went for another Sith Inquis which wasnt announced. Force Shroud has never effected Orbs before, making them change direction, as its only a immune talent not a aggrodrop. Why anyone would use vanish for an Orb is beyond me... Yes i know you can reset the instance, my point is the a stupid bug that should of been fixed by now, when your trying to progress on your first NM kill having to reset the fight every couple of mins doesnt help anyone get into a flow and its so stop and start. Trust me im not asking for help and tips, my guild was one of the first to clear HM content and progress in NM. Im merely stating bugs which im fed up of encountering which is halting us from clearing EV NM. *edit. Force Shroud not cloak
  9. Quite ov you have taken no notice of what i actually said, all of these we encountered in NM. we then switched to HM just to get the loot as the bugs were driving us crazy. As for the pylons, thats utter bull. its a massive bug that can cause them not to be removed, dont speak as fact of what you ov have no experience of... Random taregting in P3 never happened until today, also tank being mind trapped.. its not meant to happen, also while you carry on with HM, in NM he does actually hit non tanks much harder and bring a offtank to 8man Soa is just retarded.

I know most of these issues have been raised before but after tonight and them screwing us out of our first NM kill (take was mind trapped which no aggro from anyone else on boss, resulting in missed pyramid/dead dps) i feel the need to make a thread... Soa The Infernal Bug list 8man! Hard & Nightmare: Tank gets targeted by Mind Trap in both P2 and P3 pretty much making the attempt fail due to dps being killed by boss. Lighting Orbs not targeting correctly, annouce says i was targeted, i go to take it and use 'Force Shroud' only to take dmg and die while the Orb actually goes for a different Sith Inquis. Lighting Orbs hit for over 100% hp regardless of class if they are released when Soa goes into platform phase. Soa's lightning buff not being taken away, mainly during the first platform phase is seems every other try Soa wont lose all his stacks and remains on 3 dispite how many power orbs are destoryed. causes instant wipe when fight resumes and makes consistant attemptes near impossible. Latency issues during platform phases, causes either massive lag spikes (and/or running on the spot) or in some cases disconnects which result in a failed attempt. Targeted player who is lifted and smashed in the air dies instantlt and cant be combat revived if Soa goes into Platform phase while they are in the air. In P3 Soa also seems to random target players if they have done dmg in that phase or not, this didnt happen before?!?! why now? all in all for a fight which has been out since release this is shocking there are so many bigs which not only end attempted tries but ruin any chance of consistent attempts... *edit wrote 'Force Cloak' instead of 'Force Shroud' (it was late when i made this thread)
  11. We did 3/5 KP last night just on normal and didnt need any more tanks. I did on the 2 Bounty Hunter fights put on some of my tanking gear but stayed in my dps spec, this was to stay on and interupt the Merc while the rest rinsed the other one down to a low %. Not sure about HM/NM but may need 2 tanks for for the BH fight and the following Boss 'Foremen Thrasher' or whatever its called. We had our tank blowing all CDs to survive the 'rage mode' but they are still on cd next time round do if you tank/healer struggle to keep up might be worth having a 2nd tank to swap and blow their CDs

  14. Round Robin should be an option not a mandatory requirement of doing normals. Our guild like to rinse normal so we can gear up newbies and as half the raid dont need the items they are just going to waste. Allow master looter...
