  1. With 7.0 the default outfits for all classes have changed, and I'm sure I'm not the only one to miss them. Both Pub Apprentice Pummeler and Imp Apprentice Force-Lord, Imp Cunning and Accurate sets were unique with no identical outfits found anywhere else in the game (vendors, CM etc). I think it would've been cool to make them available somehow, even as a CM pack or whatnot. Personally, I loved both extinct Apprentice sets and mourn them very much (especially the gold-tinted Jedi one). P.S.: I know that those outfits we have now were there like way, way back. Doesn't take away the fact that I miss the extinct and unique ones lol
  2. Anything with a proper mini-skirt. Also, Reveler-style waistcord, rings and slippers for male characters would be great. Rings especially would go very good with Pureblood.
  3. AND ban those items from GTN. Because otherwise they would be all over it, and at ludicrous price. Given that stated objective is to get rid of GTN moguls... (I don't see how anything we have now helps against them, btw. It helps, mostly: pure capitalism, those who already have much get even more, those who don't lose everything before they even have a chance to get. Newcomers must hate it. Otoh it seems to me as a stealth push to buy CC: if you can't dress your space barbie for credits but you still wanna dress it, the only way is, yeah, buy stuff on CM. Or quit.)
  4. But how would they? You can earn a medal doing basically nothing (standing in the right place would yield 3) and low skill is easily mistaken for malice...
  5. Could you be so kind as to not decide what we casuals do or don't need? Serious endgame? LOL. You need at least 292 gear for SM ops and MM fps which is not "serious endgame" in the slightest. Lower gear means you're vote-kicked. Have you looked up prices for extracting mods? Yeah. And if you happen to want a specific piece or set of gear (don't we all? or being a casual means no interest in such lowly matters?) it's more money. Even more goes into amplifiers. Not "making all of them gold-tier", god forbid. Just getting rid of those that do nothing/do something we don't want or need. My friend likes datacrone hunts, they get rid of all +speen amplifiers, etc. Repair costs? Casuals suffer more, as we are simply not that skilled... And then there's this nice elefant in the room, which is: casuals are the main buyers on GTN. Yeah, filthy casuals with a lot of alts are those who, y'know, tend to dress up their space barbies to a tee. Which costs credits--a LOT more since those credit sinks were introduced. As non-casual players need even more everyday creds than we do...and they know where to get them. Try moving to a new server and gearing at least one character. You'll be surprised
  6. Filthy casual with a ton of alts and not a ton of time here. 1. Level-based rewards sound...frankly not good. As many people've already said, SRM is rare enough and necessary enough for crafting. Removing it from low-lvl alts will just make it even more rare...and lo and behold, people will go to GTN to buy Matrices, thus increasing already not shy amount of creds GTN moguls have. Am I mistaken or were we combating GTN moguls and their unfair profiteering? Also, if I complete a cq I want to feel rewarded, not hit in my face by the fact I happened to start it before achieving good level. 2. From the filthy casual point of view, cutting down exp to cxp rate will not impact those who farm that much as us filthy casuals. I mean those people are already set to grind to their heart's content and they'll find a way to do it even if you cut down their easiest avenue to success. Otoh the person who has less time is usually prone to seeking some actual story content, thus vet fp or sm ops are their vehicle of choice to get points and go back to class and dlc chapters. And you certainly know well that both heavily depend on conversion rate. 3. Even a filthy casuals like to share in endgame content from time to time. Ofc we cannot afford NiM ops but right now it seems we are to be stealth-banned from SM ops and MM fps as well: cq was our main avenue to getting good gear after all. 4. Tangent 1: speaking of stealth, this game has enough ways to punish those fools who chose stealth classes already. Y'know, people tend to roll a character that can avoid fight for a certain reason, and it's kinda counter-intuitive to make those people barge straight into fighting (or lose the game that no one should lose by design). 5. Tangent 2: wouldn't it be better if you fix the crates instead so that they'll give gear REALLY "higher or equal rating" as you promised? The amount of 276 I get on 292 geared toon is not only jarring but frankly rage-inducing. 6. LOVED the idea to get straight to cq objectives.
  7. Being a casual player I'm worried it would be no longer to acquire decent gear (like, at least SM ops-good gear) without heavy grinding, that with the new amount of points one needs to complete Conquest or to earn a Renown crate. Right now I can get decent (not top, but certainly decent!) gear through dailies or command crates playing on my own pace with no heavy grinding. In 6.0 it would be, well, impossible...
  8. Does acquiring gear feel too fast? Too slow? - Astonishingly slow. One bug preventing my Nauto Pyro from getting gear and I just can't equip her. Do you understand what to do to get gear? - Grind, as regular play won't give me enough? How do you feel about the primary sources of getting gear? (playing content and Missions) - I wish there was some moddable weapon as I like the weapons of my choice and now I have to use those I receive. How do you feel about the contribution of the supplementary systems? (vendors, crafting, Renown) - Er. It's horrid? This whole random stuff and no ability to buy anything from the get go? At least Tokens stack quickly and are Legacy-bound. Those parts are a pain. - Renown is maliciously slow. Also, I have a bad feeling that to gear up to play on Ops level one now needs to play Ops because, well, how else would they acquire proper gear? Crafting? Requires components you can't get unless you have decent gear. GTN? Milliarders may line up, sure.
  9. Deepest gratitude! I guess it really IS a sort of reply to go to Eric with, then. Because neither of those has any possible bearing on what I was asking about. I had some doubts that romance-KLT-alert was even possible. Sadly those doubts were not wrong.
  10. As far as I understood it he was talking about Theron and Lana special romance alert for those who skipped ch.9 of KotFE. That was when I asked if skipping KotET after completing KotFE would override my KotFE choices (as going into KotET without completing KotFE overrode my choices in those chapters I've actually done). I am still trying to find said alerts, lol. Btw if you know the answer to my real question I would be more than grateful!
  11. You're right. Though just more different shotos would be appreciated. Different hilts, effects, etc. Like, I have a penchant for open core sabers, but all shotos are very traditional-looking hilts with no decoration. And like, there are only 3. For the entire game with 100 sabers or like. It's kinda bad.
  12. You see, either you expect all players who want a good char to play from the very beginning--or you give them a chance to begin wherever they want. What you say is, basically, those who use Outlander tokens are not really creating characters because they have less interest for Vanilla, ditto for those who wanna skip KotFE/ET and go straight into Iokath or even Ossus. Which is...not something I'd advise anyone to say, but you be you. As for "endless" - nah. The list that influences anything in later game comprises: - romance Theron/Lana/Koth (and I hate it is only for those who does ch.9 of our immensely boring kotfe) - Spire (blow up/not blow up) - companions to kill or spare Everything else really has no bearing on the plot (though it can be adjusted for alignment which was my earlier idea). Those who want to experience a certain part of the game first have their right to do it with a normally rounded char, I think.
  13. When we use Outlander char token we can choose which spec and even which crafting skills we'd like to see them have and this is great. But could we use same type checklist to choose options for autocomplete? (It can be a Legacy perk for high-lvl Legacies, at least)? Like, kill Vette or Torian, ally with Pub or Imp on Iokath... Maybe even "romance This Char". It would give much more leevay for character creation and roleplaying, as the "now you were a mindless killer/a saint" beginning is...not ideal to say the least.
  14. 1. I like using shotos on many characters as lightsabers at least seem to have almost too long blades. But while there are many effect lightsabers there are no such shotos... 2. Male bun, please! Or make a braid and Senya's bun awailable on male characters...
