I should have added that I have tried countless downloads of files and such off the web, and honestly it's fine.

On Friday I started patching and it was at a steady rate for me 1354 KB/s w.e, but so many damn problems downloading these patches, and then on Saturday I had to keep downloading them, and my DL rate went down to 500 KB/s, and then my internet got knocked out, so I had to re do and at the moment I'm at 44kb/s. Is there a reason for this? TL;DR Download speeds suck and I want to fix it somehow. EDIT: I have downloaded other files from the web, and honestly the download speeds were fine for those.

I started patching today at 2PM EST, and since then it hasn't done much, my download **** has been between 143-150 KB a sec, countless people have told me to restart it, but nothing changed, it still sits at the same as before, and I'm still dling it and it's not changing or anything, is there someway to fix?

Whenever I launch SWTOR off my desktop, a box comes up asking if I want to let SWTOR make changes to my computer, and it doesn't matter how many times I click yes, it just does it every time, anyway to make it stop bringing this box up?
