same here, even tried abandoning the mission and starting over. still not able to get the mission from the NPC

I just finished searching the Government District without finding a single one. The only neutral combatant I found was a pirate who didn't count toward the achievement. I have come across a few of them in the past since my achievements show 19/100 and I agree they are probably in one of the tunnels. Can you be more specific in the location of the tunnel or tunnels? Thanks!

There is an achievement for defeating criminal combatants on Corellia, but I cant seem to locate any. Can someone please provide the coordinates? Thanks!
