I agree with these 400/450 stats being shared by legacy but this free use thing will never happen. Why? This was the case at launch and they CHANGED it so this is their preferred system.

When a program under goes a significant update it increases to the next version number. Regardless of whatever state the previous version was at (1.5 could jump to 2.0 for example). Also are you saying you want to wait longer for the expansion? shush

THIS. Should have been released with GF tbh. One big example is you can queue for foundry at 36 BUT a level 43-44 can also enter foundry and then i get **** all xp. i just sigh when i get a group like this and know im wasting my time.
