  1. /who denon mesas shipyards I've typed that one enough times in my day.
  2. No need to come in here and Reiyn on the parade here pal, Sounds like a great idea. Any way to utilize excess fleet requisition or transfer it back into the rest of the game in some fashion gets a big thumbs up from me.
  3. I like it! Well done! If you want to see some examples of GSF co-ordination, check out some of the videos HERE
  4. I haven't heard an idea as poorly thought out as this in a long time. A long time.
  5. I am loving that GSF is getting a little bit of attention these days, makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside! I know it is a tough game mode to get versed in, but you guys really have a highly competitive and surprisingly balanced gem here. Every time you guys make mention of it, participation goes up, and the eyes of the entire community light up. Thanks!
  6. There does appear to be some sort of "sweet spot" for which speed makes the tightest turns. Too fast and youre going too far forwards, too slow and you aren't moving fast enough to take advantage of the turn rate. I make my tightest turns (which few, including many aces are able to replicate) by tapping x and moving back and forth across the sweet spot, while also incorporating a strafe to keep my nose where I want it to be. My guess is that F4's default speed is closer to that sweet spot than F2 or F1, which are a little bit slower, and F3, which is too fast.
  7. Did you two not read Verain's post at all? There is simply no way to implement it correctly. If you have any suggestions I'd love to hear them, but all I'm seeing is a bunch of head-in-the-dirt naysaying in the face of a well reasoned and thoroughly thought out post by someone with a vast amount of experience in this area. Joystick/Controller support may get a couple people interested at the start, but they would find it to be a bad time and would litter these forums with a whole new slew of complaints levied against the M+K users. Its zero-sum folks.
  8. Gsf is an excellent and timeless game mode and, despite the accusations of it being a dying part of SWTOR, it still surprises me that the vibrant, positive, and active community in GSF has continued to keep the game interesting and compelling for new and old players alike. Threads such as these are such a positive and encouraging thing for this community, and I would like to thank the dev's for reaching out. To the newer players out there, there are so many community resources out there to help you get started on the right track, such as Despon's GSF School, The GSF Discord Server, A A Dedicated GSF Guild as well as the Galactic Starfighter Forum. See you in the skies!
  9. What you're implying here is that you AREN'T looking for good fights, and instead want your side to squash. One of the hardest things to find in GSF is good opposition, and I think people like you have become a little too spoiled by it.
  10. There are scores of players sitting around on this forum, the GSF discord, as well as most servers' /gsf chat who are just itching for a chance to take on some stacked competition. Next time you see these folks be sure to let someone know who can stop by and even the odds a little bit.
  11. I have been having this issue for over a week now and at this juncture I am totally unable to log into a toon no matter what I do. This is highly problematic for me because I am the guildmaster of a fairly large, cross-server guild. I am glad they are investigating this, but is there a timeframe here? I am a paying subscriber and literally am 100% locked out of the game at this time and have taken all steps available to me to try to remedy the issue. Appreciate the work being done, please don't let this one fall by the wayside or I see no other option than to move on, leaving a lot of good friends behind.
  12. Ah, now I see where his 95% win percentage over 1000 games comes from
