  1. http://www.swtor.com/support/form Can call with Skype without having to pay anything.. interesting. Think I'm going to demand extra time added to my account for every day that it is unplayable during peak periods.
  2. I will NOT be renewing my subscription. I paid for a game that is unavailable during peak play times in Australia due to frequent and lengthy maintainance. When this game finally dies due to lack of subscriptions, do know it was how you managed it that killed it :-)
  3. Move to Australia where servers go down FREQUENTLY during PEAK PERIODS. Be grateful that it is very late hours of the evening.
  4. Stop complaining. The game will be 100% usuable at 2am. Quit your job, leave school, go on the dole, do what you need to do to get the product you are paying for.

  6. I didn't read what you wrote, but I appreciate that you have enough time to write it, because servers are down, yet again.
  7. Paid for a product. Cannot use product. Asked to be patient while product is being fixed. Asked to renew subscription and pay more for product while unuseable. True story. Just happened.

  9. I'm not in the habit of handing out free money to people. 50c or not, it's still MY 50c that I paid for something that I cannot use.
  10. I agree. I have no patience when I'm paying for a product I cannot use.
  11. I think, as many suggest, I am going to continue to pay for a product that I cannot use, due to maintainance being scheduled during peak periods. Perhaps bring out a SWTOR - Store where I can buy virtual items for real currency to use in a game that is unplayable during peak periods.
