The existence of people on a gender spectrum should not be a "contentious issue" because, well, they exist and they even play SWTOR. If you can accept people being able to move starships with their minds and all the other fantastic stuff in Star Wars, and if you can accept that our understanding of the SW universe has changed since 1977, you should be able to accept relatively small changes like this.

So I have the mission from the hovering announcer droid on the Fleet and saw the news cutscene. From there, I've gone to Corellia, but can't find something to point me in the right direction on the planet.

Recently came back and I'm trying to get this week's Rakghoul Resurgence event going. But I can't find the contact (Republic-side). I thought they would be outside House Organa in that tent just to the south, based on Dulfy's guide, but no dice. Where should I be looking to start the quests?

I really really want the ability to equip my NPCs (not just companions) with specific gear and possibly even change their models (body type, skin color, etc).

I fly strike fighters almost exclusively. If I'm on Skadden (Republic), I generally am queuing for GSF or warzones (though I'm not particularly good at the latter, heh). Love my Star Guard forever!

I can possibly see why people would like the hooks to be aids - but considering that most of the housing deco in SWG looked terrible, I'm not really surprised. While this prevents some of the truly awesome work we saw there, it also prevents the large mass of utterly horrific looking house decoration that 90% of people had.

Makes sense to me, with the way people throw around homophobic slurs and say it's part of "gaming culture". Guilds don't need to put up an explicit "HETERO ONLY" label to make it clear that LGBTQ players - and those of us straight players who love and support our gay sisters and brothers - aren't welcome. To the OP: I don't know if what you're seeking exists, but at a minimum you should be able to find a guild that warmly accepts and already contains members of all orientations and identities.
