Heroic Missions are currently one the easiest ways to level up and get decent gear for lower levels but since the server merge into the 5 mega servers, it is now infuriating and difficult due to a large number of these heroics not being in phased instances.
The reason this is making them infuriating and difficult is due to the number of players trying to do these heroics and for instance, Possessed Hunter, if I got the name correct, heroic on Dromund Kaas is just to kill one guy, yet this guy has at least a 5 minute respawn time and is only able to be done in a group of up to 4 meaning any extra people will have to wait, but the problem is, people do not wait as ignorance is too common among many of the players and it becomes a toxic free for all to get the next spawn, for instance I was at that heroic today not too long before posting this and it was stolen from me three times in a row before I just decided to log off and go for lunch as I do not have time to sit around waiting 15-20 minutes for one spawn that keeps getting stolen due to the lack of a phased instance or balanced way to reward everyone close to it with the mission.
My suggestion to fix heroics like these is to instance them or decrease the respawn timer for these important enemies to complete the mission, although phased instance would work better as faster respawn might lead to people just grinding it for exp or loot and the same problem will occur anyway.
Please fix these issues with heroics so they are actually doable in these new servers, thanks.
