  1. 9/10 of these warzones feels like two bricks walls poking each other to run out the time. I remember I liked the pvp in the game with it came out. Hell it was the only redeeming endgame content you had since all the rest was just a broken mess, still is it seems. Now you don't even have the pvp to keep people around anymore.
  2. Yesterday I spent 4 hours just trying to complete different encounters and every single one had to break somehow. This is just the one that put me over the edge this time, uninstalled
  3. needs to be taken off gcd. Especially in the Defense spec. I'm sure this is posted once a week but just to remind you Bioware!
  4. Can't even see the crappy cooldown circle animation anymore. It's just fully broken now.
  5. I've had that random camera "jitter" as an issue ever since WoW released. Only MMO I played prior to that was EQ2 and SWG and never had the issue in those games (and UO ofc, nerd flex). I can't remember having the issue in any game after that either, I played LOTRO, Warhammer Online, Age of Conan and most of the rest that followed. Then SWTOR released and I've had the issue in this game since then as well. Now when WoW Classic released a few months ago I had the issue in that as well, just like I've always had when playing the regular game. What finally fixed it for me in WoW was disabling their new "Limit Foreground FPS" feature. Not sure how new it is but anyways, disabling it fixed it. It might also require putting "/console rawMouseEnable 1" in the chat but even if that's a requirement that alone did not fix the issue for me (remember I've had this problem now for 15 years and tried not only console commands or driver updates but probably 7 different computers / mice etc) Here's a video of me having the issue in SWTOR. Now that I know it's fixable, who in the SWTOR dev team is up for the challenge? ps. I'm a normal human being who plays games at 800dpi and Windows sens 6 so I've had to manually lower the camera sensitivity since 0% in-game is WAY TO HIGH STILL AFTER 8 YEARS HOLY CRAP BIOWARE! Anyway I don't know if that has anything to do with the mouse randomly jumping to the middle of the screen but I doubt it. My sens is "Controls_CameraRotationSpeed = 0.05500000149" pps. Whoever finally fixes the camera sluggishness in SWTOR love you long time. I think having an fps of 100 means it never had anything to do with the framerate or framerate variability.
  6. I've got over 5000 hours of playtime in World of Warcraft alone. Always been the plate wearing tank, in everything from Ultima Online to Planetside to Wildstar and Lord of The Rings Online. Jedi Guardian have too many abilities, that's my "expert" opinion. As an "expert" I can handle 27 combat abilities comfortably with keybinds. I understand why you don't want too few abilities since then there's no longer a skill ceiling worthy of any "experts" time. But when you go above what even an "expert" can handle, how do you expect someone with an actual life (silly normies) to deal?
  7. Guardian Slash, Plasma Brand and Force Exhaustion went off the GCD? I just got the feeling it would greatly improve the spell rotation for Knights. Sure re-balance might be needed but to be fair since it's melee I highly doubt it.
  8. EVE has managed to bring their daily server maintenance down to under 5 minutes. SWTOR still stuck in 4 hours minimum time it seems. Just saying.
  9. It's a reward for hitting 50. Of course if any of the devs were even remotely clever this should apply to everyone that hits 50 for the first time in the future as well. It's like rewarding a bad habit and saying FU to the rest of you who have managed to play an MMO without skipping job/school. On some level I guess they though this was a nice thing to do, but giving away an entire month free to all lv50 and not expect a serious backlash from everyone else is just sad. This coupled with the zero effort going into stabilizing server populations makes me think they don't actually want anyone to keep subscribing to the game.
  10. 11 people online TOTAL on my server. Seriously in all seriousness, no I mean it's REALLY serious now! Why should anyone give you any money ever again. I've never felt this robbed by a game (started gaming in 1986), it's even making me really depressed. 11 people, one lvl50. It's an MMO. Let's say that again. It's an MMORPG. Massively Multiplayer Online. Eleven! 1011! B! Not even if everyone participated could we get a warzone going. How is this not a priority one, stay up all night, work over the weekend problem. If you log in to an MMORPG and there's 11 (**** me people ELEVEN, this isn't sensationalist, it's ludicrous)people online, would you as a gamer ever log into that game again. There's no guilds to join, there's no flashpoints you can do, no operations, no warzones, no Illum, no GTN, no social points, I am Legend? And like I've said many times before. Me personally have infinite time to waste, it's the one thing I do have. Not a single other person I know about or know personally have that privilege, if my friends even manage 10 hours a month in a game that's A LOT of time to spend on just one little game. The least that game can do, when you've not only payed for it but have to KEEP PAYING FOR IT, is to above all else, make sure those 10 hours can be spent on at least one advertised activity in the game. If it can't even manage that, what the **** was the point in ever making the damn thing? This isn't something that can wait. That can be addressed on Biowares "time-table". To not have the prudence of releasing an MMO with free and instant server transfers after over 15 years of MMO launches is bordering the mentally ill. This isn't a slight on the devs or mentally ill people but on human nature in general but wake the frak up. From DAY ONE there's ALWAYS need for free transfers no matter how "smart" a producer or a programmer believes he is. And every single day after that the need doesn't go away, it never will until a successful MMO with only one server and infinite instancing of zones is released. I'd like this game to be around for a long time, but if I can't recommend it to people, who will be playing it?
  11. A post of no content, no arguments, no data, no ideas. And to completely quash your pun at the beginning I'm not angry, I quit being angry when I grew up. Now I just get insanely disappointed at the hypocrisy and fallibility of all man-kind, you can't get angry over how ridiculously sad we all are as a species. Discussion when you need action NOW isn't how you save a game that's obviously loosing subs. Releasing Jesuspatches that's probably going to bring more bugs that it's going to fix isn't either.
  12. There's on average more people on a single Battlefield 3 server than on the server me and my friends play on. I recently re-subbed to do some ranked warzones once patch 1.2 gets here, it took me about 5 minutes to regret that decision. The game is literally unplayable, if I cared more about 15$ I'd demand my money back. I might have unlimited time to waste but none of my friends do and they're not going to re-sub to this **** when they can't stick to one character. If the word merging offends you just get unlimited free server transfers. If it's really a "Legacy" problem... seriously **** you, that isn't an issue compared to all the subs you must be loosing on the dead servers. Either we need to reclassify Battlefield 3 to the worlds second real MMOFPS or you're currently asking for a subscription-fee to a single-player RPG. And by that standard you're all *********** liars! Instead of worrying about the next big JESUSPATCH!!!!! that of course "will bring in millions of new subscribers", consider the ones you have now. Delusional gits.
  13. To taunt I have to SPAM THE **** out of the taunt button instead of just pressing it once (which works just fine in WOW and supposedly the ability is supposed to do the same in this game). Same goes for any ability that's not affected by the GCD, relics included. Even though the net-code for a MMORPG don't have to be as good as for say an FPS, having it feel this unresponsive is ridiculous. During the many hours I've already spent in Operations and Hard Flashpoints the only topic on teamspeak is how to work around the 100s of bugs you are affected by while trying to do any end-game content. Maybe 1% of the time is spent working out strategies, the rest is talking about how broken everything is. The game isn't going to get any new subs eventually because there'll be no word of mouth from people at max level. And don't get me started on the character location **** that's going on in Warfronts. In Huttball if a character is carrying the ball and you knock him back I've had them be at THREE places at once, one where the beam indicating his location are, one where he's lying on the ground and one where he actually is. That last one is usually not represented in any graphical way and you just have to guess where the **** people are.....
  14. Thing is they're going to release more single player content in the future, and this is suppose to be an example of that then? It's almost like the last part of Dragon Age, you spend the entire game fighting one way and getting good at it and then the last fight is just completely different. And I'm not interrested in overgearing anything, it's the quest that's tuned wrong. I'm probably not going to log in for a few days, see of the urge even comes back. If people are trying for 5 hours and still can't do it I'm not bothered, seriously poor design. Not to mention that I've reported more bugs leveling to 50 than I've ever done in WOW or even Rift from the thousands of hours I've played those.
  15. Free transfers for everyone on this server should fix this. No reason to "clone" anything.
