Judging by the lack of response I'm going to go ahead and assume that this is somehow intended behavior.

In the Conquest drop down list this week Quesh is listed as receiving bonuses from War Zones & Crafting. However, that does not appear to be the case as both are only providing the base conquest points. Pretty disappointing on a week where the personal goal is up to 50k.

If this was the first time they limited features due to performance issues I would agree with you. But do I really have to list out the things that are limited or out-right removed/cancelled because the game couldn't handle it? Listen, I really enjoy this game overall. I've got a ton of alts and have been subbed non-stop since launch. I'm not going anywhere any time soon. But if I'm going to pay every month for a game, I expect it to keep growing and evolving. And when the game hits a wall while developing a feature I expect them to figure out a way to move that wall or work around it. Not just throw their hands up and say "Oh Well. Maybe some other time."

I disagree. It does matter that it is getting old. When you use the same excuse for 2 and a half years without even so much as addressing the root cause that's a problem. Maybe it's time to cut back on the CM Development budget and re-allocate some resources to engine upgrading and/or optimization since it has become pretty clear where the choke point is.

I think everyone is looking at this the wrong way. I don't see this as their attempt to milk more money out of folks. It's simpler than that. They made a mistake. There are 2 ways to fix it. Dig into the code to figure out where exactly they went wrong and fix that while making some goodwill gesture like CC. Or they can just re-color the icon for the items this applies to. I think we all know which direction they will take. They already have what must be a full team dedicated to re-coloring things.

I'm not even a PVPer and this strikes me as pretty crappy. It would be one thing if rating wasn't tied to one time rewards but this bug may cost some folks their chance at obtaining those rewards. Also, "unable" is not the same as "don't want to spend the time to do it."
