  2. I know it would be a tedious task, but why can't BW look into the people who have this problem and made a ticket and then all BW has to do is look at these peoples legacy and see if they have the lvl 50 legacy skill that unlocks after completing chapter 3? Then they can just add all the story achievements for that character.
  3. Hey dude, I have this really nice bridge I'd like to sell you /w me in game, its really cheap, you'd love it
  4. I was going to refrain from adding anymore to this post, but I guess there are issues that have to be addressed about the situation. 1) We have had vent for sometime now, not everyone is on there just the regular active members, and the ex-gm always made the excuse that they had no mic and couldn't afford one and wanted to spend the money on "other things" Sure if you live in a third world country its understandable, but can't buy a mic for £5-10 in the EU, come on. 2) When the news was given to us by his sibling the news came in the form of "Well I wish she was still here... something terrible has happened... I don't know how to say... but... " So many ... throughout the whole conversation, nobody bloody types like that unless they are typing a suspense novel. 3) And here is the "omg you so fraked up" The person died on a monday, but miraculously logged in and had a conversation with the new gm about the future of the guild on the friday and about a week later we get the news. Now thats some JC miracle right there. I think the intention of the OP was to expose this person and anyone who knows them can be wary about interacting with them in the future and to let that person know that we haven't fallen for their BS
  5. Such a loss... a dedicated guild leader. I have been in the guild for a good couple of months, and only seen him a couple of times in there, but seen him many times in other guilds. Maybe we should honor his dying wish to give the guild leadership to his "brother", after we teach him how to play the game. I m... so... how can I say? ... devastated at the news.
  6. Take bound purple mods out of old equiptment, put them into your legacy bound starfighter armour pieces you recieved at the start of the game and then transfer them to a toon.
  7. Was browsing through my youtube favorites the otherday and thought it appropriate to share this one with you who may not have seen before, hilarious xD Make sure to check out freddiew channel after for more great vids if you like games such as CoD, MGS and John Woo films http://www.youtube.com/user/freddiew#g/u
  8. A Jedi Guardian (forget his name, sorry if your reading this) taught me how the party should concentrate their attacks by using the traffic lights sequence, mark 3 targets with the red (fire icon) yellow (pistol) green (?) then everyone who dps takes them in sequence red, yellow green. CC (crowd control) targets should be pre-assigned to any members that have cc skills using the shield, cog etc. markers. Great way for doing heroics and fp against elite mobs. Also when upgrading your equiptment (CTRL+rightclick) instead of removing mods on your equiptment which costs a good few k at higher lvls and replacing it with a new one, you can instead right click on the new mod you want to add which destroys the old one (I wasted 100's of k not knowing this)
  9. Thumbs up for the bracket suggestions. There has to be "balance in the force". Its my first day in SWTOR and I was really excited about PVP battlefield, I got to lvl11 and after a looooong time in the republic fleet deciding what class and crew skills to chose, decided to celebrate by going to my first PVP quest. How disappointed I was to be the lowest lvl and got ... well "gang *****" by people 20-30+ lvls above me. I found it impossible to keep up with my team mates as they had speed skills that left me stumbling along to catch up with them and by the time I got there, the skirmish was over. I wasn't really a PVP person, but after playing another game last year (I won't mention and NO it was not wow) I was hooked and now LOVE PVP!!! Their PVP was well balanced (brackets 10, 20, 30 etc.) So even if your 9 lvls lower then everyone else, it was still good fun. Sadly SWTOR, this is NOT! The devs are probably going to sort this as its early days, but devs please don't take too long as I can imagine people who are PVP players will want to cancel their subs. Me however, I'll probably just stick to questing and only PVP for the daily quest. Other then this issue, I'm enjoying SWTOR so far. Finally, a question if I may. Do we get PVP skills?
