You know the funny thing is, I thought about this. If they really did take out the evasion mechanic, I would be seriously unstoppable to anything but a combined force of several enemy gunships. The game would devolve into "ship of the line" gunship battles with a front line slowly pushing back and fourth until it overtook the satellites. Anyone stupid enough to cross into no mans land, regardless of ship, would be instantly obliterated. Even more interesting would be factoring in Ion Cannon in its current state, which would promote each gunship to spread apart from the others lest they be rendered useless. WHAT TIMES WOULD BE HAD THEN.

It's not bad latency, this threat is real. My mom is a consultant with the Secret Service, they are watching. This isn't the kind of thing you take lightly. There are serious legal ramifications for doing this sort of act. You people think this is a joke thread but it's not. Next time you are in a warzone just watch your latency bar, that jumping it's doing is well beyond normal lag. There are people out there willing to stoop this low to win at any cost.

Dude I get this all the time. The only solution is to DDOS them back, harder, faster, and better than they ever could have possibly imagined. That and get the FBI involved, but that's our little secret.

Come across me and I will kill you, and then I will kill you five more times for annoying me the first time. Then seven matches down the road when I've killed you 30+ times while you full throttle at me every respawn trying so hard to redeem yourself from the owning I've just given you, you will realize how inappropriate that title is for you.
