Honestly, I'm sick of hearing about it from both sides of the debate at this point.

It's possible you hit it by accident. I've done it accidentally several times. But if he attacked the womp rat, he should world properly now.

Sounds like he's in Passive Mode. Target an enemy, and then send HK in to attack. That'll take him out of passive mode.

It's a free update. No one paid a damn thing, therefore there's no refund to give. If you subbed prematurely for something that was still a week away, that's your own fault.

Give it a rest. The guy subbed prematurely and is demanding compensation for his own mistake. He subscribed. He's getting everything a sub will get you. Demanding a refund is completely absurd.

While I get the decision... I'm struggling to stay positive about it. This feels dirty. Really disappointed.

BUT we should be able to. I too wanna play dress up with Arcann.

But it hasn't failed yet. So just have fun with it while you can. Let them cash in on the fact that it's Star Wars. Bioware recently said that they aren't done with the game yet. I don't know about you, but I'm grateful for that. They've given me ten years of enjoyment. Even if the game dies tomorrow, they did right by me and many others.

I understand that it cant survive forever on this. But the game is ten years old. People said this game was dying even before release. I was there. I saw the doomsday predictions. But here we are. It'll slowly die off over time. Maybe sooner rather than later. But this update will not be the final nail in the coffin. Just like the last one wasn't and the ones before that weren't. When Bioware says "this will be the last update" or "we will no longer be updating SWTOR", then we can panic.

But in solo play you will be at the max gear level. Congrats, you've done it! Any better gear will be for a mode you don't even play. So again, how is it killing solo players?

Idk if they NEED it or not. I rarely ever raid so I likely wont know even when the update goes live. What I do know is that solo players definitely do not NEED the gear. Want it? Sure. But if you want it that bad, you know how to get it. I still don't understand how this kills solo players. Everything you can do now as a solo player will be available to you in the new update... except have the best gear. Maybe this will kill off greedy entitled solo players.... But no big loss there. Stop whining and just have fun. It's a video game, not real world politics. My lord.

So because you can't have top gear (something you don't need as a solo player) you believe the expansion is killing solo play? That makes no sense. Does it suck that we wont be able to have the honor of wearing top gear? Sure. But when you play in a world that is just you and NPCs.... Why does that matter? The NPCs wont judge you, I promise. Unless you lose.

This happens with every big update. People quit, chanting something about how this game is dead as they stumble out the door.... And then new people roll in, the game continues to exist, changing bits and pieces here and there until the next big update. Rinse and repeat. Also, where are these game breaking bugs? I've been playing since beta. I've never run into a bug that broke the game for me. Or are we just using "game breaking" loosely? And why are people mad about the news that we can't change our primary class? You CHOSE your class initially for a reason. Why would you choose something you didn't like or want? And even if you did choose to play a class for the story rather than the gameplay, you are still getting a second class to choose from, no? You can get the playstyle you want now. What's the problem? Oh well. Sorry you're displeased and leaving.
