I have spent a lot of money over the years buying crates to get sets that I like my toons to wear. Am I not going to be able to use mods to upgrade them and be forced to outfit my toons with gear I don't like?

In the past few days I completed the chapter 3 class quests on my Jedi Knight and Imperial Agent. I got credit and it shows on the character selection page and my legacy window. Tonight I finished the Trooper's chapter3 class quest line and didn't get credit for it. On my character selection page the trooper icon is still shaded out and beneath it still shows 7/8 finished. It also did not grant the Trooper heroic ability, that still has the lock showing.

I've looked everywhere and cannot find a straight answer to this. Will we be able to change the appearance of our new companions? I'm not talking about gear I'm talking about looks, face hair those kinds of things. The slot is there in the character screen but I cannot find anywhere to get the customization items. This is for Knights of the Fallen Empire companions only.

I think the many threads in the Customer Service forum should let them know how we feel lol

I moved 7 characters 4 of them ended up with names like "DNHELKKBGOMN' no name change was required on the transfer page for these 4 toons. The other 3 who kept their names were the ones I thought I might have to name change lol. Sent in an in game ticket and got a live chat response pretty fast but that droid had to send it to some bigger better droids and I haven't heard back from them yet.

I think if the game lasts long enough BioWare will make a free roam space combat in an expansion. They have to know how much people would love it and it would bring back a lot of subs imo. I don't think it will come soon though. I've read a lot of threads since launch about the space mission difficulty. Some people think they get too hard at higher levels and quit doing them. I think it would be a good idea to add difficulty levels that people could pick like easy, hard and heroic modes and give rewards accordingly. This might get more people doing space missions. maybe not though.

The only positive I see in this is that transfers/merges will have to be done b4 this starts in July. Wouldn't they?

One example of class imbalance I notice is the Sith Warrior gets its healing companion much sooner than the Jedi Knight . Why?

It seems to be beyond them also lol

I just can't help but wonder why a transfer system wasn't in place at or right after launch. Did Bioware think that the game would be so successful that it wouldn't be needed? Did they go into a state of shock at how soon it was needed?
