  1. This also worked for me, very grateful for the link.
  2. I agree, it's already been proven to a degree that MMO and hardcore gamers are not what are going to keep this game alive, it is the STAR WARS fans. Most of my guild are just biding their time til GW2 comes out. The guildies that have expressed their interest in staying with SWTOR are doing so because of the Star Wars element. I'm not even going to any of these conventions but I see the folly of the only major SW game currently on the market not showing up at the biggest collection of Star Wars fans on the planet. Fish in a barrel. I personally know tons of die hard Star Wars fans who are not playing SWTOR. Go after them Bioware/EA!
  3. I think they just implemented a feature that was meant to be in the F2P model. From now on the person finding the probe droids will have to pony up 50 cartel coins each time. So...working as intended? I love this game, I truly do, collectors edition, overpriced Razer peripheral having, card carrying fanboy. This is one of those straw breaking the camel's back moments that really pops my balloon. Before we even got to that encounter most of my guildies in vent were talking about GW2. I'm (sadly?) sticking with this game til the bitter end, I just hope there are other people around to play it with.
  4. This is how bad it is nowadays I've been one of the biggest Bioware apologists, but this is getting to the point to where my want to play is severely diminished.

    Tank Math 1.2

    Well put OP, well put.
  6. ^ this PvP used to have a sense of strategy, and keeping people alive to push for that door, or push back people so we can recap a node, now its whoever wears down the other team once, gets the node/ball/door and the win. And with the penalty for losing even greater by the lack of comms, there's absolutely no incentive to see a match through, you'd be better off re-queuing and hoping for a team you can steamroll.
  7. I generally lose to @4 Inquisitors' lightning at max range, from four different directions, while being the only one left alive on my team. And that's not counting the other 3 and the lone BH in the group.
  8. So, I know the patch is only 2 days old, but I've encountered this all night on my server. Near full teams of EDIT:Inquisitors, one had 6, and the match immediately after had 7. They easily whittled down our team at range with barely any resistance. I'm not claiming to be some hotshot PVPer or anything, but I'm no slouch either, before the patch I never encountered *that* many sorcs on one team before, and never have I or my team died so easily. I play a tank guardian full BM gear. Something needs to be done, just seems horribly out of balance now.
  9. I also believe they need to study really hard what some of the other SW properties have doen when it comes to Jedi robe design. clone wars season 3 outifts simple, no robe, just visible gauntlets Simple movie-style robes I've a feeling the pre 1.2 Knight PVP set was inspired by this next armor, but seemed to miss the mark a bit. It's the Ralph McQuarrie concept for what ultimately became 3 characters. McQuarrie starkiller Ulic Qel-Droma gear
  10. What I would like to see, is perhaps shorts. About the length of the cinematics for the game, and used in places like Cartoon Network or Spike to help advertise the game. Run them during Spikes near weekly star wars film marathons, or on Cartoon Network during any airing of The Clone Wars. They could be serialized in the way that inspired the OT, and can be concurrent with the most recent patch/expansion.
