Agreed. Sadly, with the shift to F2P/Freemium, I'm sure they couldn't care less at this point. They'll just post random bits on there forums here and there to temporarily appease forum goers, then they'll go completely silent again. However, if you pay a good amount of Cartel Coins then they might slightly pay attention.

^This. All EA/BW is concerned with atm is how to nickle and dime players as they play the game. If there's no profit to be made, they couldn't care less.
