I am only 28 at the moment, but I have tried all 3 specs and Inf is my favorite by far. For general leveling and grinding Balance can take too long to ramp up and be almost useless feeling for standard mobs, plus I was not a huge fan of FiB being a targeted AOE. As far as when I tried Kinetic, I wanted to SHOOT MYSELF IN THE FACE it was that BORING. It was actually boring enough that just knowing I was spec'd as Kinetic and lacked the $$ to respec, because I had just pimped out both my companions in the Tatooine orange gear and bought piloting, that I didn't even want to log on and play the game. Now I have played some bad, boring stuff before but nothing ever made me want to not even log on to play until I met Kinetic. Personally I would say for solo leveling: Inf > Balance >>>>>>>> Kinetic At the very least to keep from gouging your eyes out.

Heh, nothing screams "I'm a chronic whiner" like complaining about WoW in your sig while complaining about TOR in your post. YOU are what kills games, not patches and balancing.

PvP'ers are ungrateful whiners that do nothing but harm to a game's community, I can only hope TOR doesn't take the WoW route and decide they wanna sell out and try and be an e-Sport and start catering to those whiners. It's what has been killing WoW for years. Quite frankly I smile every time I see one of these pointless "Wah i am quitting" threads because it means one less ****** will be polluting the community with verbal diarrhea every day.

Why would the status of the primates ********s impact it's playing ability? I would think its cognitive functions would impact it's ability to play a complex video game well, rather than its current testicular state. Unless of course its ********s were recently removed and it was experiencing sensory overload from the pain of the situation, and unable to perform to suitable levels...

It's entirely server based it seems. On my main server there are 10 Sages for every 1 Shadow, but on my other RP server there are 6 Shadows for every Sage. Also, Sages/Sorcerers are widely believed to be "OP" and therefor you are going to see a lot of them running around for the time being until they have been "balanced" at which point the FOTM rollers with move on to something else and the population will even out.

Totally off-topic for a Story/Lore discussion section, but in all this advice someone should have mentioned to me that playing a Gunslinger/Sniper is the most brain-stabbingly boring, tedious AC you could possibly pick... lol Might have saved me 11 levels and a few hours Lord forbid I drop below the sacred 60 Energy and become a useless lawn ornament. Amazingly lively debate I seem to have sparked, lol. I've taken some of the thoughts here in to consideration and have decided that most of you are right, I have to think of my non-Force users as where they are because they are on par with the mystical.

It harder to play them within the constraints of some type of universe/game lore. Like, for example I am dying to play an IA Sniper, but every time I start to play I realize I am a little respected insect compared to my Sith overlords... I know it's logically and realistically stupid, but it never feels worthwhile to play a non-force user in a SW game knowing that you will never be anything compared to a Jedi/Sith. Anyone have the same weird notion stuck in the back of their brain?
