Hi, Finally back after a 2 year Heitus, seems like Balance Shadow DPS has changed somewhat. I've been looking for and reading threads here and there, but no definite numbers so perhaps some of you can help. Basically, I want crit %, surge %, and power #'s that an end game pve Balance Shadow is aiming for. I've even reviewed my old profile in my signature and it seems like I was rocking 35% crit and 76% surge, but low power numbers. Though it was extremely good for me back then when I was in <Methodical>, I'm not sure if the same applies now. Please help. Ty. -Adrenalynn

REPUBLIC: <two inches buffed> 5/5 tfb hm guild L2Recruit 1 Competent Shadow Tank our Shadow MT who helped us progress and get server first clear for hm tfb is now quitting since the game's too easy and we'd like a competent Shadow tank to replace him. you don't need to have cleared hm tfb, as long as you're a smart tank who understands boss mechanics, know your class, know when to taunt (VIP here!), and is smart about staggering defensive cooldowns, if so we would love to accommodate you. we currently have 3 groups that consistently clear hm tfb in less than 3 hrs. we're a guild of 40ish, we get in, we get sh*t done, get loot, easy peezy. sorry we're not interested in a guardian or vanguard, we have plenty; only shadows. REQUIREMENT: 1. be able to raid Tues @ 6pm-9pm PST 2. competent Shadow who knows how to taunt (know your class in & out) 3. not sensitive bc we f*ck around a lot and talk mad sh*t on each other, lol pst here or in game: Adrenalynn / Lela-starr, Bereezy, Game-over

great start. and wiggler is right, actually crit is desired as balance spec. i too sit around 38+% crit buffed. at one point i thought the same as you and did try to reduce my crit to 35% buffed and put the rest into power but when i parsed on the ops dummy, it seemed that my dps dropped. i think atm, i sit at 900ish power with 2200 wp and 38+% crit buffed. you can check my armory link in my signature just to get a sense of what you're trying to aim for, thought it's all 63 mods atm. but so far you're headed in the right direction, keep it up!

ty for the response. ill try to find that matching one in my gtm, but right now. i want those pistols bc of the "star wars" laser sounds from flashy etc. do those 2 flashpoint pistols have that "star wars'y" sound?
