  1. Hey. I am affected by the same issue. After completing the initial quest, I get the six contacts in the alliance alerts. I speak to said contact, I get the dialogue, proceed to get the quest to scan the shield bunker... but there is no shield bunker where it should be on any planet. Any help would be most welcome. What information would be required to help diagnose this?
  2. Our origin server had two destination servers. I asked the developer's Q&A about this, and they actually took the time to reply to me and tell me not to worry and that we would get more info in advance as time drew nearer. How should they have done it differently? Decide the servers since the start, or warn people with at least 1-2 weeks in advance, or provide a way to fix these issues, or simply make the characters choose one of those two servers when they logged on, or I don't know, there are at least a dozen different ways to do it better. All I know is that the six of us are annoyed and have to find another game to play together. Which sucks cause we like this one. Two of us ended up in the progenitor, the rest on tomb of freedon nedd... Why could they simply not have made the decision right from the start? Or hell, I've already phoned customer support twice and opened three tickets (suggested by the customer support guys) to see if this can be fixed and they keep closing the tickets and not even talking to me... What can we do ? We're basically asking them to please let us give them more money and they ain't doing it. Giving no warning, no time for anything and just consolidating just like that, with people hanging on to try and get more info, after so much request for help... And you ask how they should have done it differently ? The question is how did they manage to fail so miserably in doing something that was so easy, and that they were warned of the potential problems. It's like they purposefully headed straight into wall.
  3. We gave warning two months in advance that this might happen and asked them to be careful when they consolidated. They answered us in the Q&A tranquilizing us. It happened. HOW CAN WE FRIGGIN NOT BE MAD?!?!?!? Friends are split apart!!!!! The people who bought and payed the game to be together are forced to not be so. And not of their own fault.
  4. NO! Come on! When I asked the Q&A about more info regarding this moment, the answer I got was that we would get more info when the date drew nearer. The date has come and we have 24 hours of head's up?!?!!?? Why take the trouble of answering a Q&A to give a wrong answer? You cannot possibly expect to give us a 24 hour warning with no information when we announced our concerns explicitly such a long time in advance!!! You are going to most likely separate friends who started this game to play together!!!! Why single out my question if it was going to be ignored and such ?!?!? THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR NOT FOLLOWING WHAT YOU YOURSELVES SAID WAS GOING TO HAPPEN. YOU LOSE NOT ONE BUT QUITE A FEW PLAYERS WHO ACTUALLY PAYED. Such incompetence should be unacceptable in today's world, and I only hope you realize just how wrong you conducted this process. Does doing a good and competent job mean nothing to this company ?!?!?!? Here, have my money, just get all of us together! What, you can't? Gee, I wonder if all this could have been avoided with A BIT MORE THOUGHT, PLANNING AND COMPETENCE!!!! Frankly, congratulations, no one could screw up this badly. Congratulations. My hat's off to you guys. EDIT: Is it too much to ask that we are given sufficient time to plan things with friends and sufficient info with sufficient concern for the playerbase that actually enjoys this game ?!?! This is simply an insult!!! It is nothing short of a complete and utter lack of respect. I am honestly DISGUSTED.
  5. I have posted this as a suggestion in the suggestion forums, I was wondering if I could pretty please get a bit more info regarding my issue, which is extremely important to me. The original thread is http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=510263 if anyone cares. I'd be glad to give up on the rewards if only I was assured that me and my friends would end up together, but as of yet, we have absolutely no info. Please, I know I'm not the only one in this situation (found some people in an unofficial forum), we would greatly thank all comprehension and time spent from bioware concerning this issue... (pretty please some help with a alderan cherry on top?)
  6. First up, this is a very important issue for me, so I would greatly appreciate any effort from bioware's behalf to try and understand. We know players that don't migrate by themselves will have their chars automatically moved. The thing is, how can we know where they will end up? I'm active at the moment, but I started playing this game because of friends, and I made chars in my main server (lord calypho, europe-en) because of friends. However, the friends I want to play with at the moment are inactive due to summer vacations, university exams, etc. I don't want to end up in a different server from them and lord calypho has two destination servers one can migrate to. My honest suggestion can be one of two options: A) Tell us where the innactive accounts' chars be moved to. B) Allow those that are currently innactive to, when they come back, move to another server. Well, there's C) come up with a solution of your own that helps us. I'd gladly give up on the 25 black hole commendations to stay with my friends by not migrating, but that doesn't ensure we'll end up in the same place at all. Thank you for your understanding. I was expecting the devs to have told us something by now, but no more info came out, and I believe you can understand the urgency of the issue.

Thanks in advance for your time if you answer.
  8. Guys, this is not just slicing mission lockboxes. Start up a new character. Level him or her until you get that quest that gives you a box. You'll notice the credit reward has gone significantly down. Go out on the field and get boxes(gathering style). Wait until you get a crit. The credit reward from that box will be inferior to every other box. There's several quests out there that reward lockboxes. Those are also giving out lower rewards. Sometimes when you kill a champ or elite, it drops a box instead of a piece of gear. Do it now. You'll notice that, again, the credits inside are lower. It's an all-around lockbox nerf that affects some white and all green boxes. We just need to know if it is intended. And since the customer support here is quite a bit more silent than I'm accustomed to, I don't know how to confirm that. Any thoughts?
