I would actually go with the Wh main haind as Ranked comms dont come nearly as easy as regular, so converting all of those comms back to regular is taking a huge hit. When I got my jugg to 50 i went with the main hand and he was in full BM with one other piece of WH within the week.

Well first of all for an operative this spec is not ranged at all, only your corrosive dart and grenade have a 30m distance, your cull and weakening blast is around 10m. Lethality provides pretty decent AOE and ok single target dmg. You just need to learn to still use hidden strike, backstab and shiv for Tactical advantages for cull. It gets tricky to maintain energy and TA's for this but once you get the hang of it you can easily be top 1-3 in dmg. This is a support spec so dont expect to drop healers or solo nodes with it. You'll put up good numbers and do well, but you won't drop healers or single targets anywhere near as quick as concealment can.

First thing you will want to do is to customize your UI. Move your operations frame closer to the center and increase the height and width of the healthbars. Second you will want to bind Kolto injection, surgical probe, diagnostic scan,kolto probe and rapid scan for your main healing abilities. I've messed around with Kolto infusion and it is honestly a waste of energy and a TA. Others might disagree. Now when your group is mainly above 75% just rotate KP around players who are getting hit. Throw some diag scans to keep your energy level up(you SHOULD be talented for this). Like everyone else said try to keep a single TA up and use other TAs for surgical probe and stim boost. ALWAYS use stim boost when it is off cooldown. Anyone being focused you should spam rapid scan on to cleanse them. Another tip i can give you is to use cover whenever you can. If you are stopping to do kolto injection just hit your F key quickly right before it. This way you cannot be pulled/charged to interrupt your heal. Also use cover when you are capping/defusing for the same reasons. The key to being a good healer is to not be a lazy healer. You honestly need to play with intensity to stand above your peers and top the charts. Focus on avoiding being targeted, staying mobile and using concealment to stop drop into cover and to start saving lives. You can't keep others alive if you can't keep yourself alive.

This game has HORRIBLE line of sight, so in order to make some heals you need to jump to see over small objects on the floor.

Lineage 2 had some intense and fun pvp. Castle sieges, free for all world pvp where guilds meant something and alliances meant power, also deaths made you lose xp= delvl people. Too bad games went carebear.
