Hey sorry to Necro this post but I'm having the same issue and it seems to me as though Customer Service Agents don't understand the Problem we're having (maybe they think we're complaining about the chances?). I'm 90% sure Bioware Outsources their Customer Service overseas and they have no idea what we are talking about. But I've written multiple tickets about this and there is no way to escalate past customer service; tried emailing, contacting on Twitter etc. Like... I spend quite a bit of money on this game (much more than just the sub price); I hate to sound like an absolute "Karen" but at the very LEAST there should be a way to Escalate Actual Bugs like this (even though it's more minor, as well as the more serious bugs); why does Bioware not have an Escalation System to talk to someone who actually plays the game?

Yep! It's the Purple Kyrprax Medpac that I'm trying to turn into the Gold "Advanced Kyrprax Medpac MK-2". But for some reason it says "No Research Available" when trying to deconstruct even though I don't have the Gold Recipe yet. This character is my only Biochemist so it could only have been him that crafted it (as opposed to another character which would not give me the schematic and say "No Research Available" if trying to deconstruct someone else's I tried contacting Customer Service a couple times; but with Covid I believe they're outsourcing/contracting because the new CS Agents I keep talking to have zero idea what I'm talking about and keep sending very similar copy paste messages (whereas before Covid it was a guy who actually played the game and understood the exact issue I was having).

So I have one toon (my main) that's a Biochemist; and he's deconstructing the Purple Medpacs (that he made, no other characters on my account even has Biochem); to try and get the Gold Recipe. However even though I do not have the Gold Recipe; it still shows up as "No Research Available" when I try to deconstruct (which would put my chances of getting the recipe at 0). I tried asking Customer Support and they told me to come here, I reached out to several of my Guilds (on different toons and none of them had the issue); the one answer I found on Google was "If another character creates the item, you can't get research from it"; however this is surely not the issue because the only character on my account that has Biochem is this one! I did try making new medpacs that I didn't put into the stack (just in case the remaining stacks were bugged) but even the new ones show "No research available" even though I don't have the Gold Recipe. Please tell me someone here had the issue and can suggest a possible fix? I don't mind using the purples, but I was hoping to use the reuseable Gold Items on my Biochem Main lol

Seems to only happen INSIDE the chapters themselves; I'm not sure what it is. Everywhere else is fine including Warzones and other Planets. Turned down my Graphics Setting and all that (Textures, Shadows off, etc.); and it doesn't seem to help.

I just finished Forged Alliances for "Prelude to Shadow of Revan"; went to start the actual Expansion at the Mission Terminal and it starts playing the final (Class Specific) Cutscene of the "Prelude". Noticed I wasn't wearing the armor I usually wear for Cutscenes so I do a quick escape, assuming I'll be able to easily replay it (like Literally ANY other cutscene in the game); find out I can't Replay it. I could YouTube it, but there's specific variables unique to certain chioices you've made (from what I understand); and now I have no idea how to view it and I'm not sure if the game registered my choices done in the Prelude. It would be a good idea to give a notice that a Cutscene "Can't be replayed" before playing it OR making it so you can't skip/escape out. This is kind of a headache 😒, IDK it there are any other Cutscenes like that.
