I personally have been an Engi spec Prior to 1.2, and had found it fun in PvP if only a bit unconventional. now with the advent of 1.2 .. I will say whoa what a difference. The change in damage ticks of PP, the refund of IP on target death, and the change to SS, makes me feel like a rolling death machine. I think I may already know how to play the FOTM build.

It's a Star Wars Galaxies thing. NGE was the "New Game Enhancement" that changed the way the game worked not by a little but by a lot. It was the death knell of that game.

think about it. Would you want a nice ship with skadge living on it, or a Jawa, or Gault? With that combo and a pretty ship I would have a busted out hull from a skadge temper tantrum, a missing hyperdrive motivator, replaced with droid parts that somehow manages to make it to hyperspace, and finding my bed sold for 10,000 credits because Gault could. Honestly it reminds me of a Firefly class ship, and when I get back, I have Jane, Kaylee, Wash, Book and Simon, all welcoming Capt. Mal home.

Check the new patch notes for the PTS. PvP Warzones General Players affected by a Damage Over Time ability are no longer interrupted when interacting with objectives. Medals are now worth 500 Valor and 10 Commendations. Players only earn Valor and Commendations for the first 4 medals earned each match. My thoughts. A. We're losing our medal printing machine ability. The upside is that hutball matches will not be farmed for every medal for 15 mins every game. B. No more 1 man defense lines on objectives, IM just lost a lot of potency for defense.
