So I run a Deception spec in PvE/PvP and I have fun with it. Lately I've been looking for ways to increase my survivability in both area's and came up with this:

My biggest question is the loss (or gain) or the 10 extra force worth having, and the benefits/cons of having/not having it.
Edit: better yet, which is more vaulable/prefered? 15% Armor Rating or 1% Dmg Reduction?
