  1. um ok not once did I need to use free mouse to either select players or click skills in pvp yesterday, yes I have used a pad in-game already with the setup I described above. All I want to know is if its ok to use and if it is then I can show others how to use it also. This isnt a discussion about how well I will fair in PvP but thank your for your 'concern'.
  2. But it uses an external program that listens for swtor to see if its running then executes the command given, to essentially emulate a toggle function for holding down the right mouse button. The program as far as I know CANNOT be used to macro. I will not mention it here but was wondering if it would be allowed or not because I find playing games with a joypad more relaxing. If it is legal I can post the Script here along with a Link to another program that turns your joypad into a mouse and lets you assign keys (yes I know there are a number of programs like that) and also put my bindings here for those that dont want to set it up themselves. I can also show you some games keyboard setting for switching quickslots to maximize the button usage for the limited number of buttons on the joypad itself and no this in not limited to 360 controllers. On a side note for those of you who didnt know if you do have a 360 pad, the joypad itself has a soundcard and is picked up by Windows and can be used in ventrilo as both microphone and earpiece independent from your pc speakers, ie your ventrilo sound will come through on the earpiece not your TV or what ever you use for game sound. This can also be set to activate via sound and there is no need to push to talk just like on xbox live. This works for both wired and wireless pads, though for wireless obviously you will need a receiver. PLEASE CAN A MODERATOR TELL ME IF THIS IS ALLOWED OR NOT SO I CAN HELP OTHERS. May the Lulz be with you!
