Back after a year absence looking for fun and helpful guild.

Returning player ( last played about a year ago ) looking for a guild. I can make a lvl 1 starter or can do a fresh 60. I am not Army/Navy but I am USMC so, I think I'll be ok. seriously, tho hope to hear from you. Have not RP much in a long time but will get up to snuff quickly.

I have just recently come back to the game from over a year long break. I have a 27 assassin that I played back then. Now that I have come back to the game I am lost on how to play the class. After looking at the 3 choices I am leaning towards hatred. I have been searching the internet for rotation/gear ideas but have not found anything for lvl 27. I can only find lvl 50 & 60 help. If anyone has suggestions for what I am looking for or where to find this information I would be greatly appreciative.
