As far as the datamining goes. If marketing for this game was more......you know marketing.......and less.......you know "soon" than players wouldn't have anything to have spoiled. Similar to a TV commercial or a Movie Trailer, BW would lock down the meat and sneak peak the potatoes. As it stands now coming from someone who is really enjoying the story, in between Story patches I sometimes forget why I'm excited for whats coming. And honestly right now unless it has HK attached to it there is no hype. The data mining helps me stay interested simple as that, the weird thing is I would have thought that BW's job not a data miner but what do I know.
In regards of raids versus story. Meh, largest disappointment there for me anyways is I came to the game for MMO attributes like making some friends, social interaction, all encapsulated within a common interest like group activities. Now after having built said relationships (some stronger than similar atmospherically relationships in real life) to have them replaced with solo focused "companions" is disappointing to say the least. What keeps me subbed is those interactions not the hour of story every month or HK underwear.
So like it was said earlier, I now have a greater anticipation for the next chapter......because I will at least have 60 minutes
