Thanks for explaining the history of the 'Bug'. Strange in all my encounters with the support team, only one actually recognises this as a problem. Some simply say its all fine and dandy, others say that they work, so it is not a bug. I only found one member of the so called support team that actually acknowledges this to actually be a bug/error. I was told by one support to 'delete' the ones I didn't want.. but not how, because it cannot be done. I begin to wonder if their pay isn't related to how many tickets they close.

I have around 8 crafting charatcers on my account. Only one has duplicate kits, I don't mean there are 4 in the series based upon ratings (150, 300, 500, 550), but I mean duplicates of the ratings for Infantry Supply Kits. In essence I have 2@150, 2@300, 2@500 and 2@550, which about as useful as a chocolate tea pot. This effects just how many kits I can make in total (4), whereas other crafting chars all get 8 (2 sets of 4, different kits). I can only assume that the other chars that can also make Infantry Supply Kits, that I'd taken other skills before the Infantry ones, whereas on the one char, I'd taken Infantry first and ended up full !! Either way this is a repeatable bug, and if it never gets fixed, be warned to take Infantry Supply Kit skills last from your crafting trainer and not first.

Sheer overload of ppls trying to get the patch, same issue here, but left it in the background, it took 2 hours, but once it started proper, it was all done in a few minutes.. thank the fiber gods. What is concerning me, is the website goes flaky and under stress at the sametime..... surely they don't run the website on the same network in the same building? I mean that would be sheer madness wouldn't it?

Do Bioware know what they are doing to the planet earth by server/patch delays??? In sync with these events, there is a population explosion in the next 9 months that relate directly to these, also occurrences of heavy expenditure on keyboards, mice and monitors, which bear the brunt of all this pent up frustration.... there should be a law against this type of behaviour, accept your responsibilities Bioware, man up.

I do hope they have fixed the stalled quests. I have had 2 so far that when a certain stage is completed, the next interactive item isn't available and all the description text disappears under the title. They also no longer show on the tracker or maps. I had an email today regarding my ticket of a week ago, typical cut/paste affair, that stated Support are only dealing with Class Story issues atm!! "We are sorry that you have encountered an issue with your mission, however please be advised that we currently only offer support for class story missions."
