Hello new to game, joined several weeks ago still learning the game itself but been trying to buy cartels through game and over website but been having a "Error 9" for a few days then went to "Error 10/Requesting Data" Through in-game Market. Over Website it keeps telling me that buying cartel coins is "unavailable for this account" Which I have went and deleted the subscription and erased my card I was paying with then reset it up again and subscription as well. I also put in a in-game ticket about the issue yesterday since bit tired of seeing I can't buy anything from cartel market nor some what use of what coins I have left to unlock anything either from legacy or collections. Any advice is welcome, please an thank you!
