I've seen users that DO have a problem with screenshots not saving. On my computer they do save. On my son's laptop, print screen (or the in-game camera) doesn't save the picture at all. Haven't figured it out. So, for him, it probably isn't saving the pictures.

TBH, I don't think it's a matter of listening but priorities and how easy / difficult it is to correct the issue.
