  1. ok, so i sent the validation email, prior to reading all the BS that it has going with it. after that, i set up a mobile sec key, it took the SN and the test numbers, and then added that to my account. ok, so i launch the game, enter the ID, PW, and sec key on the app. lets me in. however, it still wants an email validation to play my toons. any help would be great. paid to play this game. i know it is for security reasons, but this is not fun. even after i set up the sec key app. sent a tkt in, but im thinking they wont care and it will take days to get back to me. which would be upsetting. edit: so i used an alt email and it took it. not sure why all this BS, but it took it, and not sure what it will do in the future, but i will see if it changes my current email. why didnt they just say and alternate email to associate with your account that is valid for sec reasons. that would have made more sense. edit2: ok - so it does change the email in the account. odd. then you have to go back and update that email in your account that was changed to reflect the one you want or were using prior. ugh.
  2. ok, we get it. however, why does the system not send the validation email. its a simple question, and one that needs to be answered. i went to the section on the help pages and it says to use a different one, validate, then switch back to the current one. ***? i have an email, you have been sending me stuff to it, why now the issue? and why use another email? to get it an sell it to spammers? again, we get using the key, simple and works, but it still does not answer the questions.
